Richer Sounds - Distribution Arvostelua

Good communication and experience dealing with Zak and Ian. Helped move the package in and were clear with any questions they had

Excellent delivery, professional

How Customer Service should be in 2026! Used Richer Sounds for years, always amazing and the delivery was exactly the same. Nice lads, great service. Thanks again Mick

Excellent service from Gareth and Mark

I would like to say a big thank you to Gareth and Mark for their excellent service. My wife was at home when the delivery arrived, and as the TV and soundbar were both very large and heavy, they were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to place everything exactly where she asked them to.

They were both extremely friendly, polite and professional throughout, and their helpful attitude really made a difference. It was especially reassuring knowing my wife didn’t have to struggle with such a large and heavy TV herself.

We really appreciate the care and kindness they showed. Gareth and Mark are a credit to Richer Sounds and are a great example of how good customer service should be.

Thank you again, Gareth and Mark! 👍

Tracey and Trav were excellent. Rang ahead, no fuss, very friendly and very respectful of our home - they were super careful about where to put the delivery so it wouldn’t be knocked or damaged and made sure that they didn’t walk in mess from outside.
Superb.

Exceptional delivery experience.
Great pre- delivery communication.
