Richer Sounds - Croydon Arvostelua

Great guys. Whole of stuff know what they do. Highest customer service!!!! 1000 percent recommend 😁😁😁

everyone has been very helpful, friendly and patience. definitely recommend!

Great company, have used them since the 70's

Paul was very helpful when buying a DVD player/recorder and sent an email with a link to the manual. Didn't need it in the end as it actually came with a paper manual but good of him to do that. Kept informed by Richer sounds when it would be arriving and got it the following day. We will be shopping with Richer Sounds again.

I made a genuine mistake and bought the wrong TV stand for the wall and was very happy that the item was taken back, without any fuss

Dealt with Paul in Croydon store
Amazing knowledge and sound advice
Came through with a brilliant deal and will be back next year to purchase additional TV

Dominic extremely helpful and knowledgeable. A credit to Richer Sounds.

We visited the branch in South Croydon and met Kieran. We were looking for a record player for our daughter’s 16th birthday. Kieran could not have been more helpful & accommodating. He went above and beyond to meet our needs.
My daughter is soo happy with the purchase. Thanks a million again to Kieran he is a credit to the company!

I called to ask if it was available for collection today. They confirmed that it was, so I collected it the same day.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff with a reasonable price.

Brilliant Service from very knowledgeable and helpful staff

Richer Sounds have never let me down! The team at the South Croydon store are always helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Was able to call to check stock levels. Paul was able to put an order in specifically for the item I needed, while also providing some solid advice at the same time.

I went in to collect it and that was also handled brilliantly by the guys in store.

I've used Richer Sounds, and this branch specifically, loads of times, and that trend isn't about to change.

Trust and honest on time

Very helpful and friendly customer services... I was not happy with my initial TV purchase, but it was easy to return and upgrade to something more suitable. Store also ordered the wrong size TV but I was able to call and sort it out over the phone. Ordered Sunday received first thing Wednesday morning, Only downside was parking which was expensive and difficult to find.

Was helped by Paul.
Very knowledgeable about products.
Straightforward advice and sale.
No "hard sell" - no "hype" - no problem.

Very helpful advice on trying to select a new television which would be simple to operate.

Excellent service - both call centre and branch staff friendly and helpful.
Speakers arrived next day so amazing service and 100% as described.
Will always use Richer and will always recommend to friends and family without hesitation

Really helpful staff, especially Kieran and Richard, explaining what I needed to set up my old hifi system with Sonos as I had no idea. They sorted out the purchases and put them together. The prices were reasonable. Kieran was very patient, Richard helped me sort a buzz.

Richer Sounds Croydon store is very local to me and I have purchased various items from them over the years due to good customer service and after sale assistance.

I recently purchased a Hisense projector online from Richer Sounds, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The order was delivered to the store incredibly quickly, and the staff were prompt, friendly, and extremely helpful when I went to collect it. The whole process was smooth and efficient. I’m very pleased with both the service and the product. Highly recommended!
