Richer Sounds - Cheltenham Arvostelua

Efficient and professional staff. After I enquired about a certain television they called within a couple of days to say that they had moved it from the warehouse to the shop. Went in to look at it, and after I had bought it the chap kindly lifted it into my boot once I had pulled the car round.

While outstanding customer service is simply a standard norm at Richer Sounds, it still deserves a 5-star mention.

Literally buying a cheapest-of-the-cheap TV for a small space in my mum's kitchen, so I went in knowing exactly what was required. It was all processed with total professionalism and dealt with perfectly with no upselling attempts.

As usual, I will surely be back soon when I am spending many hundreds (or more, shhh!) on a much-bigger spec TV.

10/10, 100%, A+, Platinum Trophy, or any other scoring metric you wish to use, RS remain top dog!

MrB

Really great customer service. Understood my news and budget.

Excellent service

Friendly staff

We were helped by Mandy today . She was knowledgeable, patient and explained everything so we could understand what we were wanting to buy .
Along with all of the above she was delightful . So much better to buy from someone who knows their stuff than online .

I've used Richer Sounds for over 40 years and they never disappoint. Best prices, best service and a great all round experience with the reassurance of a guarantee that I know will be honoured.

Over the past 6 months we’ve purchased both a 65” LED Sony TV and Hifi separates to replace our existing home cinema sound system. Jason was so helpful with excellent customer service and technical knowledge.

Very knowledgeable and helpful.
When I followed up by phone later, my order was progressed very efficiently.
Delivery was very quick.
For me, they provide the perfect combination of service and price.

I found the team very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. It was a pleasure to shop with you

All the relevant questions were answered allowing me to make my mind up on the product to purchase. Shop was a little noisy with people talking over each other and a television going, however I felt happy that I had received the advice needed and was happy to purchase the product. It was delivered swiftly, well packed and on time.

Delivery was extremely prompt, within a day of the one-week window. The products themselves are of the highest quality. In-store support was excellent. The VIP member prices and other benefits are gratefully received and encourage loyalty from me, who is likely to want to return for inevitable upgrades, repairs and advice for my home audio system.

Informative web site; decent pricing.
Telephone at branch answered quickly by a real person who knew their stuff.
When I visited the branch the staff were friendly, helpful and well informed.
The product I was interested in was both on display and in stock.
Having decided to purchase I was pleasantly surprised that the price was better than expected and they even refunded my car parking fee.
After sales has also been good - help loading into the car; emails about warranty registration and VIP club.
And the Sony OLED TV is everything the reviews promised.
