Richer Sounds - Cardiff Arvostelua

Diolch o galon Richer Sounds Caerdydd/Thank you so much Richer Sounds Cardiff. Once again I have received excellent sales and after sales service from both Aaron and Michael the store manager. The new kit I have bought didn't work well with my existing equipment and they have clearly relished the challenge of making things right. I simply cannot fault the service I have received. I will be back to buy more from you! Phil

Staff accepted what I wanted and didn't push to upsell. Very helpful and I am totally satisfied with the product

Helpful in showing options for now and future so that I can build on a core system.

I telephoned the Cardiff branch about a blue ray player I purchased in 2019 the guy was very helpful in sending me the invoice

Great service ; good advice ; and no pressure!

Staff very helpful and knowledgeable and really helped me decide what tv to go for, even when I had a problem it was dealt with in extremely fast manner ,easy five stars from me,would definitely use this cardiff branch again.

Had a problem with 1st amplifier, rang customer service who sorted and transferred to my local store. Steve in cardiff store recommend a different amp for a slightly higher price. Have used it for a week very happy with amplifier and service.

Great store, excellent service online or in store. Professional knowledgeable staff and quality products. Not to forgetting to mention the competitive pricing. Well happy with my most recent online purchase the Audio Pro c20 w. My living room has never experienced such a quality sound swirling around it. FAB!

Purchased turntable recently and received unbiased and genuinely helpful advice prior to and after the sale. After sales service (particularly Aaron) was excellent. Everyone likes to 'shop around' on the internet at home but speaking to actual people who know their business and genuinely want to help you is a breath of fresh air. Would thoroughly recommend this store for any HiFi needs.
