Richer Sounds - Cardiff Arvostelua

Availability of product, knowledgeable staff, decent price and affordable extended warranty.

Excellent experience. Item was out of stock, but I was told that the Cardiff branch had one that had been a display model, so was offered it at a reduced price. I accepted and spoke to the branch who sent it to me really quickly.

Great staff, very informative and extremely helpful

We go to richer sound every time for our home entertainment systems
Staff there are so helpful and patient
I’m quite fussy when it comes to home entertainment
Just bought Sonos Arc ultra system and a 77 LG tv
Nobody could match their prices or the knowledge the staff have
Aaron amazing member of staff so helpful and was willing to go that extra mile for my family
Actually to be fair all the staff there are great
In the words of The Terminator

the initial headphones I purchased were faulty. You
replaced them without question

Friendly and very helpful staff members

I’d like to thank the team at Richer Sounds Cardiff for their excellent help. Their advice and support made choosing the right TV much easier. Highly recommended!

Cardiff branch communicated with me very well regarding my television order. Even helped me carry it to van. Great price on particular product I ordered also.

The staff were very helpful, explained any questions I had fully, great experience.

Received great advice for my transition back to vinyl, incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Five star after- sales service.

I first rang the Cardiff shop to make sure the product I wanted was in stock and the gentleman I spoke to was very helpful. He then allocated the product for me after I said I would pick it up later that day.
When I arrived much later, the person I spoke to was very helpful and carried the TV to my car after explaining about the guarantee etc. I was also happy with the price of the TV

I had the pleasure of working with Michael and Jonathan who assisted me in selecting a TV. They guided me through the options and set me up from my home, having also organised for the tripod to be built. I changed my mind a few times and nothing was too much trouble. If you are seeking a service which is 5*, people that go above and beyond, exceptional knowledge and expertise, look no further.

A good negotiation and flexibility on price plus a good understanding of my needs as a customer

We needed a new 24" tv for our caravan. After reading reviews we chose an IG model but the model number was very close to a similar one, so we rang Richer Sounds Cardiff to ask what the difference was, they advised us that the higher number was an updated version. So we compared prices, two well known "specialist" shops were selling the older version at the same price as a "one shop fits all" shop and Richer Sounds. So we rang them again and they said they could order one in and if we didn't like that one there would be no pressure to buy it. So we went to the store and were greeted by two really nice gentlemen staff, very knowledgeable and they took it out of the box, set it up and let us listen to the sound and see how it worked. We were impressed so decided to buy it from them. I was encouraged to join their VIP club which gave me £10 off the price straight away and they even paid for the council car park behind their shop. Fantastic, proper knowledge and customer service - Thank you guys

Knowledge and assistance. Also made me purchase a more expensive item which was better option

My click and collect order arrived as promised the next day. The helpful staff helped me carry it to the car.
I chose to buy from Richer Sounds because of the 6 year guarantee included at no extra cost.

Great service from Andy. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Explained my options on purchasing a TV very fully without being too pushy. Would recommend to friends.

Excellent service, as always. Knowledgeable and friendly staff always make you feel welcome.
