Richer Sounds - Cambridge Arvostelua 

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. Communication has been poor, and I have not received timely or accurate information regarding my order.

When I placed the order on 30th November delivery was agreed for 5th December. Only later was I told that the delay was due to the supplier, and I have now been informed that I will not receive my delivery until after the New Year. This is completely unacceptable.

When I phoned for clarification, I was given incorrect and conflicting information, which only added to the frustration. This experience has been a disaster and has ruined our Christmas plans. I expected far better from Richer Sounds.

This was my second visit after purchasing some awesome speakers on my 1st visit. I was impressed with the salesman’s knowledge and felt, after listening to them, I had to then upgrade my amplifier. The same person served me and again, great knowledgeable advice/demonstration given. As Arnie famously said; “I’ll be back” !!

Knowledgable staff who really do know what they are talking about- great advice and guidance. Good after sales support helping to resolve a problem (which I had created). Great product, very pleased with my new turntable, which was very well priced! Will visit again.

The gentlemen at the shop were extremely helpful allowing me to try out the headphones fully before purchasing. Knowledgable and gave great set up tips. Can’t recommend enough.

Was told the items were in stock, booked my delivery and paid. I was told if there were any problems they would call me, I had no call so assumed the delivery would arrive as expected. Nothing turned up on the day of delivery so called them to ask why, was told no stock and wouldn’t be back in stock until end of December! Expressed my disappointment and was told someone would call me back to discuss, no call back! Not good enough when you are spending £3k.

Bought a pair of headphones in store. Staff was knowledgeable. A week later the price fell for Black Friday and the difference in price was refunded promptly. Will shop again!

Having had a lot of trouble trying to get my old television repaired under guarantee, the day was saved by the excellent manager at Cambridge kindly agreeing to exchange it for a new set. Great service as always by the shop staff.

The go to place as always for everything hifi and home cinema. Always has the best deals and service.

Customer Service was excellent even for a small item and despite the best efforts of DPD to sully their reputation.

I always prefer to use Richer Sounds and my last experience confirmed why. I spoke to a very helpful person, and got my order through in less than 10 minutes.
