Richer Sounds - Cambridge Arvostelua

From the ordering of products, to advice and sorting out a couple of minor issues — perfect comms from Tom, expertly handled.

Best price by far. Staff are very knowledgable, helpful and most importantly friendly. The TV set I bought arrived very quickly. They also give 6 years warranty on top. I have been shopping at Richer Sounds for three decades and had pleasant experience…

Superb service, twice in a row. Will always come back to Richer Sounds.

the delivery was free, said it would be delivered by tuesday, was delivered saturday. Top job guys and the TV is spot on

Super friendly service from Bradley who provided me with excellent information about the product I was interested in, which in turn led to me purchasing the item.

The item arrived via courier on the date advised, was well packed and performs superbly.

Thanks Bradley !

I had been elsewhere looking at Headphones and not getting much help. Went to Richer Sounds in Cambridge and got all the help I needed. Top work by all in the shop. Thanks.

Good service especially the help given with our decision on which tv to buy

Bought a Cambridge Audio music streamer from the Cambridge Richer Sounds branch and it was an excellent shopping experience. As a complete novice in the field, I got very good advice and made my purchase quickly and smoothly.
The following day, I phoned the store with several idiotic questions and again got good and patient advice.
The CXN100 that I bought is a fabulous piece of kit and having implemented the various ideas I was given, gives stunning music quality. It’s a great addition to my ancient CD collection.

Purchased Marrantz Melody X package at very competitive price. Staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Particularly impressed when a staff member offered to make up the cables for me.

The staff was extremely competent and helpful. We needed cables to connect our amplifier to speakers, and we received excellent advise on the options and more. They addressed all our questions and doubts. Great experience

Very helpful staff, very patient with me as it was an over the phone order.
Great price & extended warranty.
Fast delivery 👍

Olivia the Store Manager was outstanding, great knowledge and superb advice.

Great experience With Paul, who talked me through options and answered all my questions. Thanks very much.

The usual great helpful service I have come to expect from Richer Sounds. Also good to report they have a “Pricematch” that really works.

Polite efficient and helpful service

What can I say about shopping with richer sounds, other than it sets the bar for the retail experience. The staff are experts and give it to you straight with their recommendations and advice. They never just try and make a sale, they guide you to finding the right products for your needs and I have always come away getting exactly what I wanted. Every time I buy hifi or a TV I go to richer sounds, and I've been coming here since I was a kid when my dad used to get his hifi. In those days kids used to get a free lollipop, so I was won over from an early age. They are simply unrivalled.

Olivia at the Cambridge shop has been so incredibly helpful, passionate and knowledgable, thank you! When I needed to call to place the order the process was quick and easy. Really good customer experience - will definitely use you again!

My 11 year old amp was getting a bit rusty so it was time for an upgrade. Setting up a demo with TJ at the Cambridge branch was a breeze. It was a shootout between this, an Arcam a15+ and the Marantz model 30. While the Marantz and the Arcam were good, there was no doubt which was the clear winner!
However when i got it home it didn’t pair that well with my old Wharfedale diamond bookshleves, so it was back to the store to try out some speakers….no problem at all, TJ set up a demo the very next day! I eventually settled for the Dali Opticon 6 mk2 with which the EXA100 paired really well! A shout out to TJ for being patient throughout the process, he took the time to understand all my requirements and made sure i was fully satisfied before making my purchase. I would heartily recommend Richer Sounds to anyone and would definitely return for my future hifi needs!

Staff were very attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. Didn't feel as though we were being rushed.
