Richer Sounds - Cambridge Arvostelua

Olivia from Cambridge store was very helpful

Helpful staff. Product good price and delivered on time. The only thing which was not good was the payment process. It didn't work after several attempts. However the staff member (I think he was called Tom) was patient and he eventually resolved the problem.

I decided to get a new radio for the kitchen and came across Ruark through Richer Sound. Unlike other retailers Richer sounds provided another 4 years warranty for free on top of the two years manufacturers warranty. Olivia at the Cambridge nranch was extremely helpful helping me with placing my order and the sound and build quality of the Ruark R2 Internet radio is seriously good.

Great service with knowledgeable staff (very difficult to find these days), good range, and competitive pricing. What more can you ask for. Highly recommend

Fantastic Company, I cannot praise them enough and particularly there TV warranty is unbeatable.

Excellent customer service.
Tom was very helpful when we collected TV.

Thank you.

Excellent help and service top notch

Good competent helpful staff easy to deal with

Efficient service, friendly and helpful staff, price competitive. And a UK company too.

Ordered online to be collected at the Cambridge shop. Was available the next day.
Very responsive and friendly staff.

Friendly, knowledgeable and not forceful.

I bought a wall television and a sound bar and ordered an appointment with the installer. The installer arrives and said that the television was too big. Richer Sounds changed my products and gave me a discount. Well, I am not a spring chicken and don't understand the technology. Bravo, Richer Sounds! You could advertise the 'Old Gits Club'!

TJ in the Cambridge store was helpful, patient and knowledgeable.
Delivery service as also excellent.

Had a great experience ordering from Richer Sounds in Cambridge recently. They had an offer on some headphones i was looking for. Ordered for collection from the store and they were ready to collect the next day. Communication on the status of the order was great and the staff member i dealt with very helpful and friendly. Great store, great people

excellent comms and price, perfect delivery team and great product.

I ordered a Denon RCD-M41DAB (Silver) from Richer Sounds online on Saturday evening but unfortunately forgot to apply my discount voucher before completing the purchase.

I called the Cambridge branch on Sunday morning to see if anything could be done. The manager checked my order, confirmed it had already been dispatched, and said he would follow up to see if the discount could still be credited to my account.

True to his word, the corrected amount was credited to my account on Monday, and he even took the time to call me personally to let me know everything had been sorted.

From placing my order on Saturday evening to having the issue resolved by Monday, the speed and professionalism were exceptional. This level of customer service is becoming increasingly rare. A big thank you to the Cambridge team for going above and beyond. I'll definitely be shopping with Richer Sounds again.

Richer Sounds are always a pleasure to deal with . They offer good advise, are very competitive on price and give fast efficient service.

Very helpful advisor in the shop. Didn't have the speaker I wanted in the shop but delivered to my home the next day. Great experience.

Advice from knowledgeable staff so that I bought an amplifier that worked well with my existing system and didn’t spend extra on something that would not sound any better.

Quick, hassle free transaction. No more to add.
