Richer Sounds - Cambridge Arvostelua

We bought an all-in-one cd player in store from the Cambridge branch and could not be happier with our purchase or with the service! Paul was thoughtful and helpful throughout and we'll definitely be coming back again!

Excellent customer service from very knowledgeable staff

Received great advice for my purchase of a complete system. Booked an appointment with Olivia who took the time to show me options and set up several demonstrations.
The difference in sound at different price points.
I wanted a deck, amp, cd player and speakers.
Loved the speaker stands as well

Phenomenonal service and very knowledgeable staff who were all incredibly helpful.I would definitely recommend

Great experience. Tom was very helpful on the phone/email and in person

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, competitive prices and next day delivery to the shop. All excellent!

Tom in the shop was super helpful even though it was a click and collect order.

Very friendly and helpful staff , specifically interacted with Olivia, Tom and Paul to remote arrange delivery of hi fi. Olivia was very knowledgeable and helped determine choice and Tom and Paul worked with some difficult logistics, well done and thank you.

Brilliant advise given over the phone which made the process of buying the right cd deck to fit in with my existing system so easy.
So pleased with recommendation and sound is better than expected.

Really helpful and knowledgeable staff from booking a hearing to advice on the day.

Bought in store at Cambridge. Manager arranged next day delivery for me. Delivered by DPD with excellent communication & on time delivery. Staff had experience of these type of headphones. Unfortunately these headphones come under your no return for hygenic reasons so I couldn't compare the different models to hear what was suitable. I managed to try them out at a local department store which had them on a tethered display linked to a bluetooth demonstration unit so I could choose the model I liked. These headphone styles are as hygenic as sunglasses as they do not fit inside the ear.

Extremely helpful staff in making decision as to what to buy and then great back up service sorting out installing issues afterwards

I want to give a big thanks to the shop manager Olivia and Paul at the Cambridge shop.

I have purchased a Samsung OLED TV but it is faulty out of factory. Unfortunately the model is discontinued. Although finally I have to return the TV, this is indeed a very positive experience - Olivia and Paul are very professional, fair and helpful in resolving my issue in the whole process, making my whole family their happy customer.

No wonder why Richer Sounds has such a great reputation. Highly recommended!

I was interested in buying the SP3000T A&K portable player put wanted to hear it first to check it really was a significant improvement on the SP 2000t. Tom was extremely flexible in trying to meet my needs and arrange for the player to be sent to me so I could try it at home. Delighted with the player,
delighted with the service.

I received great personalised advice on my speaker needs and got a fantastic set of new speakers. No hard sell, no rush tactics - just honest helpful advice. Love the new Dali speakers which fit perfectly with my setup.

Fantastic and personable service that delivered first time. Highly recommended

The store manager was quick to reply and had a no nonsense manner which I really appreciated.
