Richer Sounds - Bromley Arvostelua

Friendly staff who new what they were talking about.

Very personal helpful advice would recommend to anybody .

Good advice and guidance given throughout. Excellent products.

Excellent Service from TV delivered next day.

Matt and team provided a great service in purchase, including all vouchers/discounts abailable, and set-up. Brilliant. Thank you.

I was looking to upgrade my projector but noticed the ones I was looking at there were only a few available, and in stores and no where near me. Assumed I was out of luck, but thought I would call the sales team and ask. Glad I did as they had one in the warehouse that was open box and they did me a great deal on it. So if in doubt, pick the phone up.

Matt was very helpful , as was Jerome . I was given different options on what to buy . Also Matt arranged a demo of the hi fi . I must add , I was outside before opening hours , but Matt let me in and arranged the demo . So very helpful and excellent customer service. I had a problem with connection . Again Matt helped me and fixed the problem . I can highly recommend Matt and his customer service . Five star review . Thanks again Matt.

Tommy helped me out big time. Great service and personable. Would recomend.

Have ordered from Richer Sounds for the past four years and have found them excellent. The website is clean and easy to navigate and find what you need. Prices are low and competitive. Almost always deals with money off coupon and bundles. Products are despatched quickly and available to collect at my local branch in Bromley.

Staff at Bromley are professional and courteous. Very helpful. Will continue to order and buy from RicherSounds for my future AV needs.

Overall my experience was excellent, and the staff at the Bromley branch were very friendly and helpful.

Very happy with customer service, purchase process, delivery and product. Best price along with a 6 year warranty! First stop for me next time I am looking for any audio or visual products.

This time I ordered inline to collect next day at the shop. Was a little concerned when DPD said the shop wasn’t open to deliver it but they came back and I got the call from Paul just as I was about to finish work for the day to go home and was only 50 yards away!
Fantastic timing not to mention a great speaker!

Kind and patient customer service. Really got what I wanted at a fantastic price @Jerome. Many thanks
