Richer Sounds - Brighton Arvostelua

Brilliant company. Based on past experience I would not go to anyone else for TV’s as the quality of service and warranty cover is unbeatable. Process spot on and staff are great to deal with.

Great service as usual. An initial problem was solved quickly and I was kept informed at all times on the progress of my order. When I picked up my new CD player it was ready immediately and I was served by a very personable assistant. Thank you from a very satisfied customer.

Very polite and helpful staff. Good product knowledge. Would definitely purchase from them again in the future. Great retailer gurantee.

Very Helpful staff! Thankyou!

Advice, knowledge and approachable, best TV Audio shop by miles

I got some lovely speakers for my wife’s turntables. The staff were really helpful, not pushy at all, and they helped us make a great decision. Very happy with speakers, amazing sound, they look awesome, and they look they have been built to last, totally worth the money!

Very friendly helpful staff answered my telephone call, reserving my item for collection, on arrival at the store, the manager assisted me with the purchase. A top quality store and service, thank you very much.

Very professional and helpful happy to help thank you

Excellent service. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Brilliant service by Richer Sounds as ever - this time Rosie at Brighton. Also price matched a silly price advertised elsewhere and beat it by £10. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for AV equipment!

Very polite staff in your Brighton shop, friendly, knowledgeable, unfortunately, the delivery company weren't very good at all!

Neil, was helpful and provided the information via required to make my purchase

I intended to buy a blue tooth receiver. However, I wad asked for details of my intended use of the product. Based on my answers I was advised to buy a Wi-Fi streamer. The recommended product is excellent and fits my needs perfectly. The richer sounds team were amazing. Thank you so much.

Very happy with CS, we always go straight to Richer sounds whenever we need to purchase any entertainment equipment, price point and choice always excellent and after sales service is as good

Excellent info and advice from Nick in store, gave us a good recommendation, and we are thrilled with our purchase

As usual, RS B’ton represents the best AV retail customer experience around. Their professionalism, expert knowledge and advice, and tremendous patience are the best… bar none! Thank you.

Box arrived a day before it was due to arrive .. Unpacked and set the box to play. In less than 1 hour it was up and running. Picture quality better than Freeview on my 5year old set. Lots of Apps and Live TV to watch. Well worth the money. Buy.

Charlie in Brighton gave us lots of useful advice and suggestions, even as we changed our parameters. We were on a tight budget and he helped get the most for our money by checking with other stores and finding us a great deal. Next day delivery also really helped us out.

The transaction was easy - including the price match. I would commend Jay (at Brighton) for his promptness and efficiency sorting my purchase.

Friendly knowledgable staff, who listened to what I wanted and gave me honest advice.
