Richer Sounds - Bournemouth Arvostelua

Served by Lewis who was professional throughout and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and even managed to upsell to me which is very rare.
Would highly recommend this store.
Many thanks Lewis 😁

Mainly being able to go to the store rather than ordering online and being unsure about care of delivery. Staff who made the effort to check whether the product was in stock while we were in the shop, then a follow up once it had been despatched from the producers. Then received a phone call once the item arrived in store and ready for collection.

The staff were very helpful. The service I got was second none.

I was very happy with the service and the appliance.

Instant response from the staff. Lots of technical details & information given.
One of the easiest purchases I have made.
I would definitely use this shop again & would recommend it to family & friends.

Great Service very helpful

Great website with easy ordering. I opted to have my purchase delivered to store. Delivery was made within 3 days, I was advised of progress regularly and collection from the Bournemouth store was quick & efficient.

It's just the shop to go to locally. The service is knowledgeable and second to none. We knew the Ruark product we wanted would be stocked and that it also came with a 6 year guarantee.

Very good customer service and prompt answers to all queries and e mails

I have had a great experience at your store whilst buying my tv. The gentleman was very polite and helpful. He explained everything well, applied the existent offer to the purchase and recommended the company who came later to install our tv. They also did a great job. Very nice people.
I have to say that Richer Sound has given much better experience in comparison to Curries where we bought things in the past.

I spoke to two different members of staff from the Boscombe store regarding small bedroom smart projectors, the first member was very knowledgeable and helped guide me to a product better suited to my situation, I called back the next day and the second person I spoke to was very competent and helpful, overall I am very happy with the service I received and am glad I went with their product recommendation

Ordered WiiM pro plus via Paul. Very efficient, great price, arrived as promised, nice follow up phone call as well.

The experienced staff went out of their way to help us with a connection issue and also followed up with a phone call to check we were ok with their solution. Excellent service.

Aaron again was a 10/10 , showed interest and product knowledge. I decided to complete our Cinema project with a 120in screen and a 4K projector. Aaron came round measured up , made a recommendation and gave a very competitive price. A very simple and professional process. Completed by a top class installation by CSS Mario & Matt. Benq W2720i what a great value for money 4K projector -

The right products, reasonable pricing, good service from the staff

Very good replacement for the Tivo box supplied by Virgin.
Only issue it does not have the fast forward Pause or return that the original Tivo had

Great knowledge of their products and unbeatable prices big thank you Paul and Oscar, richersounds of Bournemouth

Richer Sounds has always received excellent reviews in the Which magazine. My son has also purchased items from you and has been very satisfied therefore I decided to make my online purchase of a Pure Classic H6 radio from you at an excellent price. The service and delivery was first class. Thank you.

Great customer service from the Bournemouth staff. A shining light in a world where most companies don't care. Well done and thank you.

Friendly, knowledgeable and professional service from all at the Boscombe branch and great communication throughout my purchase, and super fast delivery.
