Easy website to use Competitive price. Pleasant, helpful staff on phone. Parking is not easy but it did not matter as young man in shop carried it out to the car for me and also offered help with setting up via the phone later if we needed it.
All in all excellent experience and we saved a lot of money!

I always buy from this competitive privately owned company who let their employees take their dogs to work! Always great friendly expert service and when I had a tv go wrong and be unrepairable during their 6 year warranty, they gave me a super deal on a new one. Phillips ambilight 55” and just bought a TCL mini led 50” too. Great clarity and contrast. Great value (I believe TCL is making all future Sony TV,s)

Great customer service from the knowledgeable guys in Boscombe. They helped me decide on which headphones were a match for my requirements. It was so helpful to try on and listen to different brands before buying. Fast shipping and a follow up call was appreciated.

After a few years I decided to move away from smart speakers, and go for an old school set up, with a relativly small budget. I called in at the Boscombe store and spoke to the manager Paul for some advise. We spent 30 mins discussing different options to add to my old Denon amp. I am now a very happy owner of a decent sounding set up! Delivery was prompt, packed and boxed well.
