My experience with this company was very disappointing and horrible, they literally stole my peace of mind. The staff were very unhelpful and I felt they were not honest when it came to returning my deposit. Be cautious when dealing with them and make sure to keep records and documentation throughout your tenancy. Don’t trust a word those agents say

They will kill your peace and provide immense pressure rather than a good and smooth service. Please don't ever think of Richard Greener Rentals if you really want to have smooth and reliable renting experience. You have to be way smarter and cunning to deal with them. Please don't trust their words blindly, they are simply best at lying.
Absolutely appalling - viewed a property and registered my interest, to later receive a missed call (same day) which I returned the call (same day ) to be told “our vendor has accepted a cash offer and the couple have friends in the area “ I’m a cash buyer and you haven’t even asked me I also have friends in the area !!!! utterly appalled and as an investor note to self - never use this company !!!
Terrible service
My son paid a yr rent upfront
He had to move away after 6 mths
Did not expect any rent back
But they kept £50 from the deposit for water marks on the sink!!
They have now re let the flat again
So are now getting double rent as my son had paid until November 22
