My product was fully covered by warranty and the time from creating a ticket to having a replacement shipped to me, free of cost, was like 3 days.

I always prefer your brand only for my All Apple devices, still one thing why they charge me delivery charge?

great warranty they always get back to me within 24 hours this is my 6th case from this company my whole family uses them i have had my phone fall off a 2nd story balcony ledge to the concrete driveway and it was fine 0 damage

The way of how the messages were send. It was not too professional what is a plus point because I felt like talking to a normal person and not some robot.

Their phone cases are great and so is their warranty, After about 4-5 months of use I had a slightly loose bottom right corner but I believe that happened due to the amount of hard droppings it’s had. I contacted customer support late at night and they responded early in the morning amazing response time and to get a replacement and fill out your information was so easy it took no more than 2 minutes. 100% I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a good case
