I had ordered the case as a gift for the wrong color Iphone and it was “your own design” phone case; so no return policy on those IF it’s already being processed. I contacted the team 5 minutes after I placed the order and got my cancellation given a day after. Very fast and easy process. My money got back in my account fairly quick and I placed a new order with the correct case color!

I’ve been a long time buyer with rhino shield and their quality is superior! Protected my phone case from over 12+ drops with just the bumper case alone with my 12 pro max when I was working at a restaurant. Now I’ve upgraded to the air bag case and it’s done wonders. Recently I ran into a problem with the case and they promptly helped me determine if there was a product failure, and we were able to determine that it was the product itself causing fit to not be good. They quickly sent me favorable solution and I am very happy with the outcome! Also, this was all during the holidays too! I wasn’t able to reply quick enough yet they still helped me and not rushed my help tocket. Thank you!!! Go rhinoshield.

Rhinoshield was quick to help me with my defected phone case and sent me a new one as a replacement for free as the warranty described. They customer service was very helpful and kind, and my new case is much higher quality than the last, with the same design I loved!

They answered my question and also offered a free replacement . They stand by their products which is good to see.

Amazing service and support. I accidentally dropped my device and a piece of the case broke off. Even though this type of damage isn’t normally covered under warranty, they still offered to send me a new case. Truly outstanding customer care. I’ll be sticking with this brand for all my future phone cases.

Very solid Cases with really good quality.

Regarding the product—specifically the clear case—I’m a bit disappointed with the advertised ‘ultra scratch resistance.’ Upon opening I noticed that the case has light scratches on the back. However, I would like to commend Rhinoshield’s customer support for their quick response and for promptly sending a replacement for the item I purchased. Hopefully, the replacement product will no longer have issues.

Great quality phone cases - especially the clear cases that do not yellow! I had an issue with the Grip O where it snapped but when I contacted customer support, they promptly arranged to send me a replacement.

Update: 05/12/25 - the replacement Grip O broke again and snapped. Quality of this product needs to be much improved.

I ordered a rhinoshield case for my new phone.
It got lost in the mail but was resend again.
It finally recieved it and it is beautiful, protects and also the camera button works through the case.
