The worst booking experience of my life!!!
I booked a hotel for a recent business trip, but upon arrival we discovered that the hotel had never been paid. What followed was six days of stress, endless chats with customer support, and absolutely no resolution.
Despite speaking with numerous agents throughout the stay, nobody managed to sort the issue out. On the day of departure, we nearly missed our return flight because the hotel still had not received payment and wanted to charge me again directly.
To make matters worse, I was promised a refund over a week ago and still haven’t received a single penny back. I have now spoken to at least four different agents, all of whom have been unable to help.
Because I was told a refund was being processed, I delayed submitting my expense claim — meaning I am now personally out of pocket.
Every conversation follows the exact same script:
“We understand your frustration.”
“I am looking into it and will update you.”
“We have escalated the issue.”
And then the cycle starts all over again with a new agent.
Completely unacceptable service and definitely my last booking experience with Stays.

Migrujac do innej jednostki wysyłali informacje o potrzebie uzupełnienia danych. Maile wysyłane co jakiś czas ale wyglądały jak typowy scam. Duże litery, podejmij akcje teraz i takie tam. Nawet nie czytałem. Mój błąd. Po upływie czasu zlikwidowali moje konto kryptowalutowe (ceny krypto akurat były bardzo niskie) z moją stratą na poziomie 60-80%. Zamiast zablokować środki aby uzupełnić dane zlikwidowali rachunek. Traktowałem ten rachunek jako portfel inwestycyjny więc rzadko tam zaglądałem. Zwłaszcza ze ceny szły w dół więc chciałem poczekać. Nie wspominam ze są tysiące innych powodów które uniemożliwiają obserwacje konta na bieżąco. (Choroba, wyjazd, dlugi urlop i inne problemy). Po kontakcie z obsługą dowiedziałem sie ze bardzo im przykro i mi współczują jednocześnie informując ze mają mnie gdzieś. Wypełnili swój obowiązek. Poinformowali niejednokrotnie. I ręce czyste.
Zaufanie, bezpieczeństwo i działanie na korzyść klienta...to są wartości nieodzowne jeśli chodzi o bank. Wszystko stracili w jednej chwili.
Tu chodzi o kilka tysięcy straty...da sie z tym żyć....Dobrze ze teraz o tym wiem a nie gdyby było na rachunku kilkaset.
Więc jeśli chodzi o krypto to tylko portfel zewnętrzny. Żadnych banków.

Terrible Experience – My Money Is Being Held
I transferred money from my Monzo account to Revolut to start using their services for payments. When I tried to send money to a friend, Revolut suddenly blocked the transaction.
I then tried to send my own money back to my Monzo account, but that was blocked as well. Since then, Revolut has been holding my money with no clear explanation.
I contacted support and was kept in a queue for over two hours. No agent responded, and my requests have been ignored. There has been no proper communication or resolution.
At this point, my money is being held, I can’t access it, and I can’t even close my account. It feels like my funds have been taken and I’ve been left with no support.
This has been extremely stressful and disappointing. I would strongly advise others to be careful before trusting Revolut with their money.

Not the sort of company I thought they were or paraded as. Dangle a cashback offer to lure you in.
I got halfway through applying before backing off and requesting that all the information provided wasn't used. I was then requested to provide more information to stop my information being used which I declined. I'm guessing that the information that you provide is sold on as I've had no end of cold calls since my encounter.

I’ve never seen such a copy and pasted customers service chat service and the phone line staff have 0 empathy, rude and abrupt - God forbid they have to speak to customers type thing.

Anyone the banks with revoult need to check what they are taking from there accounts and class as spare change. It's scam they took £346 from account classing as spare change, to me 30 40 80 pence it spare change , but they were taking £1 and £2 per transaction, then tried to say started but I didn't was on my account, the said I set it x1 but when I look is from pence to pounds back to pence then pounds again so if O set why does it do this? There liers try to fleece us of money. No wonder they get big bonuses. But I'm not having it so I've gone to my pm and the financial ombudsman. Let's see what they do against these big corporations.

Today I had a second very bad experience with this bank, they paid from my account to a long time blocked merchant!
First time they refused but at the merchant second try, they did it!!!
Impossible to argue as I think in the chat is mostly machines writing - they input the error to the card that is in my phone and I never used as I NEVER paid or pay anything with the phone card.
Really weird.

He sufrido 5–6 rechazos de transferencias (tanto por RevTag como internacionales/SEPA) sin motivo aparente. Cada vez que pregunto, la respuesta es la misma: “el sistema de seguridad las bloquea”. No explican criterios, límites ni requisitos (importe, frecuencia, etc.). Resultado: operaciones urgentes paralizadas y yo, inmovilizado durante horas (hasta 3 h en “revisiones” con preguntas genéricas).
El soporte es prácticamente inexistente: un chatbot que no resuelve nada y agentes que repiten el guion sin aportar una causa concreta ni una solución estable. No hay teléfono ni contacto humano real.
Abrí el caso 88695-94681-46574 hace más de una semana (su propio correo habla de hasta 15 días para responder) y sigo sin explicación ni garantía de que podré operar con normalidad. Con este nivel de incertidumbre y bloqueo del propio dinero del cliente, la experiencia es decepcionante.
Valoraba traer más operativa a Revolut (incluso nómina), pero así es imposible confiar. Si no hay cambios claros y una respuesta útil, me iré y compartiré esta experiencia donde corresponda.

I followed all the terms and conditions of the “Invite a Friend” offer from Revolut. I spent over 150 DKK using my new account, and I invited a friend using my referral link. My friend also completed all the required steps. However, even after everything was done correctly, I did not receive the promised 500 DKK reward.
I tried to find help, but there has been no clear support or resolution. It’s disappointing and makes it hard to trust similar offers in the future. I hope Revolut can look into this and improve their customer service.🙂🙏

Highly fraudulent company .I cannot fathom how they are not up in criminal courts for all the thefts mentioned here.I got 250 euro transferred from Tax rebates.ie .They received the money on my newly set up account only to then tell me my I.d was not sufficient and I could not access my money they then withheld my money and closed the account before I produced additional I.D ,my money is just gone and only bots to answer my many questions .Close these gangsters down immediately. I I would hate to see this happen to an elderly or vulnerable person.I will be taking further actions against this supposed financial company.

I’ve been using Revolut for over a year and initially had no major issues. However, in the past few months, the service quality has dropped significantly. My account was randomly frozen without clear explanation, and customer support took days to respond with vague answers. This caused major delays for my business payments. Sadly, I no longer feel that Revolut is a reliable option for handling my finances.”

Beware there is fraudulent activity taking place with this bank I signed up for the £10 offer was offered a fancy black metal card and then all of a sudden I was paying £125 a month and I couldn’t cancel because they wanted an additional £49 for the metal card. I was never aware that I was going to pay that much.

Shambolic service from exchange to customer service. Talking to you like your some 1st year high school child.
Not transparent at all. Pull you in with their monthly package offering free money exchange only to find out the rates are well below market rate. Impossible to trade at live rates as the rates do not refresh in real time. Plus sometimes they actually go the opposite way. I watch live rates with a competitor and when the international currency fell in value went back to revolute and was actually offered a worse rate that before. That's not how currency exchange works. If you sell gbp is to Thai baht for 44.5and it falls to 44.3and you want to sell you should receive move than your originally exchange in gbp. Not with revolute it stays the same reporting to financial ombudsman and trading standards. As sold a product with mis representation . Goods must be sold as seen. Whis app is a Hugh con it's a shambolic service. They should be ashamed of them selves. When did finally get an answer from customer service I was spoken to like a child. Asked how often do the rates refresh to reply they refresh. Nit s reasonable answer as customer service. Been complaining for 5days now with not one satisfactory reply. Disgusting service.
