I Feel cheated and mis treated by Revolut unbelievable I lost my money to a scam and even though they should garrentee their clients safety of funds the wiggled out of refunding me due to a push payment scam ie I payed into a scam which I thought was legit which should be honoured under the psr rules and the direct debit guarantee scheme none of which were took into consideration - secondly my account was not partly in my control they confirmed an iPhone 11 was the user well I don’t own an iPhone 11 I have a iphone 15 I would never trust revolt bank again your money is not safe people. Use a proper bank with proper rules and procedures one you can walk into much safer- it gets worse the money that was sent the bank have confirmed the funds are no longer there empty!!! - proceeds will now start. I gave them all the evidence in the world to prove it was a fraudulent push payment revout should consider safer safety measures and call there clients for larger transactions like the other banks do. They protect the scammers and make the client feel like it’s their fault .

Zdecydowanie nie polecam, moje konto zamknęli prawie rok temu, niestety ktoś zapomniał ( operator telekomunikacyjny) i zrobił zwrot po takim czasie na kartę revoult UWAGA 25 zł ponieważ nią płaciłem. Byłem pewny że załatwienie tak banalnej sprawy zajmie na suport Revoulta może 5 minut. Niestety poziom intelektualny doradców okazał się tak zatrważająco niski, że UWAGA w ciągu 3 h co 30 minut miałem pytanie z jakiego urządzenia były logowania na konto, i czy zgubiłem telefon, ja odpowiem 3 albo i więcej razy że tego telefonu już nie mam ( dla przypomnienia minął prawie rok) a doradca za którymś razem, nie wydaje mu się że zgubiłem telefon, no czy oni są normalni? Po 1 rok temu sami mi zamknęli konto, po 2 jakie to ma znaczenie skoro konto i tak ( w każdym razie powinno być) jest zamknięte. Straciłem 3 h, poszedłem zmęczony do pracy. Nie polecam, naprawdę z całego serca odradzam.

I was told this would be the best way to use abroad for payments and cash withdrawal.
How wrong were we.
We went to las vegas and topped it with all our spending money. It turned out impossible to spend, we would go into a shop, try pay for something and boom, declined. We would have to pay for data to go on the app to say it was us, then the next shop. Boom again. Declined. This happened many times and it was embarrassing.
We thought it might be easier to draw money out but no it wasn't. This kept declining also.
My grandad also got this card because we told him to. He never could use the card nor withdraw anything. He ended up with bank charges for using his card abroad because the card kept declining him.

It's a great app to transfer money internationally. Fee wise it is cheaper than other known apps.
Its very a very convenient tool when doing purchases online thanks to it's single-use virtual card.

unfair procedure to close account
I opened account in Revoult. But I change my mind and decided to close my account during 14 days cooling off period.
But - before I could close account - I have been forced to pay to Revoult approx 5 GBP.
No more comments about this service. Be careful if You would like to open account - especially not basic account but Plus and Premium etc.
Dont deposit money into Revoult
This is the worst bank i ever come a cross. Once you have your money deposited, they will restrict the account so you cannot access the account. There are no telephone chat line, The chat service is hardly working. Making formal complain will not answer for four weeks. So you are in a limbo. I am sure they using these money to profit their company. I advise to make a formal complain at Financial Ombudsman Service. Even at FOS they will take 8 months to resolve the case so you are at loss at every which way.
Cash card of grief
Cash card never worked for me tried to rectify ended up starting from scratch and that card didn’t work either!! After months I asked them to sort it and I got treated like a criminal as 2 accounts had been opened ! Something they forced me into doing .. they closed my account and said I couldn’t start again they threw me out with no explanation!! Terrible I feel like I have been accused of something underhanded .. waft a awful company please don’t risk your money with REVOULT

Revolut restricted my account without any reason, my rent money is in there, and my food money is in there and yet they are radio silent since like a week ago, how can you block someone from accessing his / her money who is going to pay my rent ?
I connected FCA(Financial Conduct Authority), and Ombudsman and they are following my case as well. this is unacceptable and if you are playing with people life you have to understand there are laws we follow and courts we can go to.
also a note to you, I have contacted a Lithuanian solicitor to take my case to the court.

During the fall of Luna, I had an order for a profit as well, which was supposed to work on a trend reversal in the event of a rebound - it was as I had assumed and it exceeded the ceiling I set - which should have automatically closed this order with my expected profit, they didn't.
REVOLUT IS A CRYPTO SCAM. AVOID TRADING THERE.
Could not close an account
I could not cancel my account because app did not let me do it. When I try to cancel my account, it is frozen. Also without a authentication of my identity Revoult open an account for me. I wonder if it is legal in UK. If not will also report the regulatory.

I also need zero star. I am unable to login and without logging in, unable to reach chat. And no way for me to get live assistance.
I sent emails, and they closed the JIRA WITHOUT Replying any. only automated email replied and some days later, they just CLOSE THEM.
This happened twice closing the case without assisting.
and even they ask for survey, no one follow up the cases.

I opened an account as a friend referred me. We were both supposed to receive £50 as it states on their app.
Neither of us received anything at all. I ordered a physical card at a cost of £4.99. But a month later still no card. They had the cheek to email me asking why I haven't used my card. I replied to let them know I haven't received my card of the £50 as promised. But no reply at all!
Boycott this company! A true bunch of thieves in more ways than one.....

Used to love this bank but…
Used to love this bank but now it's a bit of a circus and can not be relied on. Out of no where they froze my account. I only found out when I came to use it and noticed the card was blocked, open the app find that's frozen and getting questions for customer services. It had been frozen for a while but instead of sending me a letter or even a notification on my phone they went with block me until I come ask them why? No high street bank would ever dare to do the same without sending a letter. I told them I'm not answering any stupid questions on their time and to close my account. Months later I opened the app and it was working, "cowboys" is the word that springs to mind.
