Research Garage Nuneaton (especially the Service Dept) continue to provide a first class level of customer service, and very reasonable pricing (for my Alfa Romeo Stelvio - which is also a first class car).
Both of which put you well above my longstanding experience with my local Audi main dealer... plus a few other brand main dealers over the yrs. They are also very easy and straight forward to do business with.

Alfa Romeo sales team had no interest in serving us at Nuneaton branch, purchased a car in Oxfordshire to be told it had an orange light periodically coming on and to return if it wasn't resolved it had to go to Nuneaton as it became undrivable, received a bill when clearly it was faulty with Alfa Romeo at time of purchase, Neither Oxford or Nuneaton managed to provide satisfactory outcome and will not be returning for future services

Bid for my car in a Carwow auction made a date to collect, which they didn't keep. Chased them to rearrange but they ghosted me on email and refused to return calls. Spoke to Carwow and it appears similar their side. Uuntrustworthy time wasters who dont even have the balls to tell you they've changed their mind about a deal..... certainly wouldnt risk buying a car from this lot.

I’ve been having issues with my 2020 Peugeot 208 ever since I bought it a year and a half ago. I paid £16,800 IN FULL, IN CASH (no finance).

The car had an engine fault in July, and even though I was covered by extended warranty, Research Garage made me pay for a wet belt change - £1000. Not to mention, I also had to pay for the hire car whilst they messed about with my car for a month (took only 1 day to actually fix the issue).

It’s October and I’ve got another engine fault. I don’t trust or have faith in this company at all. Even though I’m still under warranty, they’ll make up one lie or the other to evade paying. Authorised dealer or not, they’re crooked. Please don’t stress yourself and look elsewhere for a reliable car. Don’t say I didn’t warn you!

From start to finish the customer service was outstanding. My lovely new Jeep Avenger was ready for collection in a couple of days and what a lovely car to drive! Thank you Heather Shaw for outstanding customer service.

I have been to Research Garage for a number of years now. I am well looked after each time I visit the garage and Blake always manages to find me a car within my budget. So pleased with my new car, thank you Blake for all of your help.

Best service

While the process of handing over money for a car was very easy and most welcomed by Research Garage. Once the transaction had taken place, it went down hill.

I paid in full, in cash (no finance) for a car. 7 days later, the V5 (log book) has still not been actioned by Research Garage, despite me being the legal and sole owner of this car.

Upon contacting Research Garage, I'm told it is not their policy to complete their legal duty until 14 days have passed. Just in case I "hand the vehicle back" as they would want to avoid adding a new keeper to the cars history.

I paid for this vehicle in full, not on finance. I have zero recourse to "hand the vehicle back" under consumer law. I bought it in person and in cash.

Despite this, Research Garage are still refusing to inform DVLA that I am the keeper of my legally obtained property.

I would absolutely not use this place again unless forced to do so.
