Wonderful experience got full support from the customer care team. They helped in getting the order delivered without any hassle.

If I had an option to rate as 0.01 I would have done that. I have not dealt with a vendor worse than this. I booked a rental bed queen size through their web site based on the availability shown. They took the money in a jiffy and did KYC. Then after a day called to tell me that the product is not available and they said web site don’t usually have the correct info 😀 which is funny because it is their company web site through which they want you to book. Then they gave me three options as alternate. Note that they have my money and then they gave me option where two of them were metal based bed which I didn’t want in the first place then only other one they offered was called aurora low queen bed.
They said they will deliver the next day and made me wait all day. In the evening finally they called and said their delivery vehicle broke down and wanted me to be available next day which is a Sunday. Disrespect and no value for customer time as they gave a ridiculous excuse. When delivered that bed was like 5 inches in height and 6 feet long which is not a standard queen size. Look up a standard queen anywhere and you will see that it is not 6 feet long.
What they delivered does not fit my mattress and the delivery guys refused to take the bed back and now customer service is telling us that is their queen bed size. My mother is 78 years old and it is very difficult for her to get onto this bed since the height is like 5 inches almost like on the floor.
I will never want to rent anything from this place and I would caution anyone in their right senses who value their money against renting from this place who does business unethically.

The company is very good in providing furniture and appliances for rent. I contacted the customer support team they helped me to place the order and got it delivered as per my convenience.

My experience with Rentomojo has been nothing short of frustrating.

I rented a cooler that had virtually no cooling and was excessively noisy. After raising a complaint, the product was replaced, only for the replacement unit to have the exact same issues.

What disappointed me most was not the faulty product, but the complete lack of ownership in resolving the issue. Despite multiple calls, follow-ups, and assurances from various representatives, no effective solution was provided. As a dissatisfied customer, I simply requested an early closure of the rental agreement, but the team was more focused on enforcing their policies than addressing a genuine customer concern.

A company can have product issues, but how it handles customer complaints defines its credibility. Unfortunately, Rentomojo failed on both fronts.

I invested my time, patience, and trust into this service, only to be left disappointed and unheard.

Would not recommend based on my experience.
