We recently sold our flat via Pacitti Jones Dennistoun and we highly recommend. From the get go, with Paul visiting and his evaluation through to the seamless Home report arrangements and marketing, the service and care was great. Shona and her team were incredible. Every day Shona or one the team updated and made sure everything was clear - really excellent communication. The on-line portal works brilliantly - easy to access and use and keeps you updated with all correspondence. We asked Pacitti Jones to take care of viewings, which again worked brilliantly, as the team are all on hand and local. Even after the sale, Shona stayed in contact to help and support, which was really invaluable. The terms of contract and pricing were also very competitive and we would highly recommend Shona and her team if you're looking to buy or sell in the local area.

My wife & i decided to sell our flat in Cambuslang with Pacitti Jones Burnside after we invited their property valuer Paul to discuss the sale. Paul has many years of experience of the local market which was critical on reaching an achievable valuation.

Shockingly bad company. Repeatedly failed to follow up on emails and comms, impossible to get hold of, providing incorrect information in documents - shocking. Have had the displeasure of dealing with them three times now, and next time I'd choose my cat over them.

Paciti Jones Burnside dealt with everything for us ,wasn't to sure about any of the process ,that wasn't a problem kept us updated from valuation home report and viewings they are very professional especially Elsbeth Henry and Lucy Smith both couldn't have done enough to help and within few weeks offer was accepted ,very professional and knowledgeable highly recommend

Have given a five star review to Pacitti Jones in Dennistoun as I could not fault the service provided when selling my mother's flat recently. All staff were very professional and helpful and made the process very straightforward . A special mention to Shona who was super efficient, professional and friendly and kept me up to date at all times with multiple offers made with frequent courtesy calls and was available at all times to answer any queries I had. All the viewings were arranged by them and was kept up to date on the online portal and also updates by Shona. A great price was obtained and was extremely happy with the whole process and would highly recommend this office to anyone who has a property to sell and be confident that a great customer service will be provided by all the team.

I made an appointment with Pacitti Jones and within a week and a half my property was on the market. They were incredibly efficient and coordinated the photographer and home report agent for me.

When the property went on the market their communication was excellent. From booking in viewings to getting feedback from potential buyers. Georgia in particular kept the whole thing moving along and gave great advice when offers came in.

Very professional and very good communication. Shona phoned everyday to keep us updated while the property was on the market and once sold she periodically called just to check everything was moving along okay and in case we needed any help. The dashboard you are given to keep track of everything is great. Would definitely recommend.
