The support team really went above and beyond trying to accommodate me. I’m actually really impressed. I wasn’t that impressed with the software I purchased but they made sure to fix that and bent over backwards to do it.

I had mixed views about what I was buying until I spoke with their very helpful support team. This is not your average ‘software’ company who doesn’t care about the people that buy their product. They explain things clearly, provide support in a professional manner and are always there to answer your questions.

I am deeply impressed by the standard of the product, it really helped sort my issue and I would certainly use them again.

Thank you!

I purchased Reiboot and installed it on my computer, but because it's a bit old, some drivers aren't working properly. I messaged them about it, and instead of cancelling, they said I can install the software on a 2nd computer as a gesture of goodwill. Thank you very much, Tenoshare. I greatly appreciated the gesture.

P.S.
And it fixed my iPhone, which was in recovery mode.

Had an amazing experience, was looking for a miracle key to unlock and change my android device. Well this did the thing, while other softs were promissing but since android is not always samsung, they were off. Thanks. phone unlocked and updated os, great job! Almost forgot the service... guys texted me back sooner than my time spent unsuccesfully with their competitors. So yeah. AMAZING!

Got great support from support team member Frosty. Quick response and got my isseu resolved in no time!

Don’t waste your money and time by using this software. It will corrupt your device and gets stuck in recovery mode.

Looks a great software, one should try out

Good customer service and a timely response. Highly recommened.

I was trying to reset the Work Iphone for new colleague, however former colleague sign up apple ID we dont have password for, couldnot retrieve the password, found online advise this app can help do recovery to factory setting, once I have gone thru Factory reset, it is now OFFICIALLY lock to the forma colleague's apple ID. this phone is no longer usable!!! can you please suggest what is next move? I paid for something that is misleading?

The Sevice worked fine. Just having trouble completing the free trial registration.

I am not an experienced user of programs like this but it worked great for me and was almost too easy to use. Just follow the instructions on the screen. Thats all I did and my phone was working again.

best with fixing iphones

The service was greater and I was able to recover my ipad instantly. Genuinely recommend to try it.

I have an old iPhone 8 I was trying to get running so I can give it away to a friend who needs a phone but it would not boot. I tried putting it into recovery and DFU but iTunes would fail the update with an error. I started researching online and found out about reiboot so I gave it a try. It specifically has a function to fix error 9 and reinstall the firmware on the phone. There's a ton more features like being able to kick the phone in and out of recovery which is great if you have damaged buttons on your phone.

The product and customer service was/is A-1! I love this product! Thank you for all that you do. Jay Jackson (Atlanta, GA).
