I ordered a kindle on line to be delivered in store from Currys. They said they would send an email when item was ready. I never received it, I contacted the company to be told it was a ghost order and someone would call back. I have made numerous calls and sent emails but I still have not received a refund. Customer service is appalling they promise to call you back or refund your money but 6 weeks later still nothing

The worst company, will never buy from Currys again !!! Especially from Milton Keynes branch.
Customer service completely rude and uncooperative.
Mike the store manager is unreliable and a liar. Promised us a replacement and when we came for this, he completely denied all knowledge and could not even give us the decency of facing us.
This shows a complete lack of respect to a customer.

If you have to buy from Currys, buy online as the service is much more reliable than that of the store..ironically the store seems to challenge anything and everything that customer services HQ says.
So do not think you will win an argument with the store by quoting what has been told to you by their own online customer services.

I cannot reiterate the worst company ever and shopping experience. Do not buy !!!!

An investigation should be done on Mike and our case, as his actions put the business at risk!!!

Spent the week at willow pastures and I must say it was absolutely amazing very pet friendly lodge was spotless and customer service was second to none totally relaxing will definitely be returning and would recommend to everyone

I bought a new computer from Currys. Granted, not a super top-of-the-range, but £800 nonetheless. The specs looked great, 13th Gen, i7-13700 cpu, 16GB RAM, SSD, etc.

I'm a home user, I play games (mostly RPG type, Fallout, Skyrim or Building types (Cities: Skylines etc), so I needed to upgrade if I wanted to get Starfield. But when I bought it, downloaded it, Installed it and tried to play, my computer didn't meet the minimum specs. So I tried X4 Foundations, Bought, Installed, Minimum Specs.

It turns out that Acer decided to cram in a decent CPU, enough RAM for a modern game, an SSD that works fine but to use the cheapest and most pointless GPU possible. I've run 4 different benchmarkings and they all just laugh at it (it's currently anywhere between the bottom 9-15% on them all).

So this computer will probably be awesome when I need to do fancy spreadsheets and the like. But if anyone wants to play games with it I think they could do with a warning. Yet I can't find anywhere on the Currys or Revoo websites to even provide it. I know that Amazon are an evil multi-national run by a bald billionaire who's desperately trying to run away from the planet, but at least I'm allowed to frigging review my purchases!

Still can't fathom why Currys would want to keep frustrating me after close to a month of purchasing an item that was NEVER delivered!
I have been asking for a refund but it's all bunkum from their men!
How can they insist that my refund won't be paid if DPD doesn't conclude investigation on the location of the item. How is that my problem? There wasn't any report that the laptop was delivered to me. I already returned the antivirus that was received.
I have no business with DPD, but Currys, so what's my business with DPD for Pete's sake?
It's preposterous and irresponsible for one to be treated with disrespect and ignominy like Currys are doing to me!
I have made several phone calls, sent emails and still being tossed about like a yo-yo!
They bungled my plan to show love to my son by surprisingly getting him a laptop before he resumes uni (still very painful), and now vehemently refusing to give me back my hard earned money!
Currys, can I have my money back? It's going one month already!

The store operate a non implementable price match policy. Basing this on the size of the company rather than the genuineness of the product and retailer?
Found a Dyson V15 detect absolute for £535 and this is significantly lower than the £699 plus high pressure care plan policy which I found no value in. I purchased my Dyson V15 detect absolute from Premier Appliances after confirming from Dyson there are approved agents and sell new not reconditioned models. I am extremely disappointed in the manager who told the young salesman all this rubbish! Clearly lessons in selling ethically and with integrity are necessary.

Rented a Holidayhome in July, got a link from Reeve/Feefo were they would like me to rate this experience. Did so, but this is never been published, so what is the point, need to trust that this company do their job for their customers.

Be aware of rental companies that use Reevooo and boast an almost unblemished record of 4.98. Nobody is perfect, and it is disingenuous to manipulate reviews as is done by villasjavea and many many more holiday rental companies.
As a paying customer of villasjavea.net I can only submit a review if they invite me to do so. Voice even a slight criticism during your stay and the invite will not be forthcoming. And even those that are submitted will not necessarily be published. The owners filter them to suit themselves
Reevoo and Fefoo are giving a totally false impression and it so clearly open to abuse by the property owners, who are paying a subscription to Reevoo for the service.
Trustpilot may not be perfect but it is whole lot more accurate than this.
Lesson learnt, I now TOTALLY ignore holiday rental property reviews on Reevoo and suggest others take 'perfection' with a huge dose of scepticism.

The Barn at Compton Farm Cottages in Sussex is excellent with very friendly and helpful hosts. Great for anyone with mobility issues as it’s all on one level and very dog friendly. Highly recommend. Beautiful area to have a holiday and we hope to go back soon.

Ho cambiato da poco il frigorifero di casa acquistando un Hotpoint. Ho ordinato online e ritirato in negozio da Unieuro. Il frigo è arrivato velocemente ma purtroppo lo sportello era ammaccato, per me non è un problema tenerlo così, è non ho fatto reclamo.

Il frigo è arrivato velocemente ma purtroppo lo sportello era ammaccato perché era un reso che avevano in negozio, cosa che non mi è stata segnalata, ma avendolo voluto disimballare ho fortunatamente notato subito. Ho aspettato 2 settimane e poi finalmente ho avuto il mio perfetto frigorifero Beko che va benissimo e è molto capiente.

I have tried to leave a review about a holiday rental through Cottages.com (cottages.com only use Reevoo for its reviews) and its not listed. Again it seems to only allow only positive reviews which does not help people when choosing to spend their hard earned cash on a holiday booking which may turn out to be a nightmare stay.

Logged a review through cottages.com giving a marking out of ten and the review was published. Some months later my review has been edited to give a markings out of 5 and, without my consent, the review I’d given artificially given a more positive spin.

Dårlig håndtering af Novasol
Vi ankom til et møgbeskidt og nedslidt hus, virkelig nedslidt på adr. Tingodden 132, Årgab strand, Hvidesande.
Der var ikke gjort grundrent i det sidste år.
Alle senge var skjoldet af gammel tis. Både senge og top madras. Klamt.
Skade på gulvet lappet med gaffatape i spillerummet.
Håndvask på badeværelset var revnet. Alle armaturer meget tilkalket og beskidte.
Hul i terrassebrædder på terrassen.
Beskidt køkken, fedtet ovn og komfur, beskidt i bunden af skuffer og skabe. Fedte dryppede ud af emhætte, længe siden den er gjort ren.
Gammelt møg på alle døre.
Bræk i sofaen, som var tørret ind. Sofaen fuld af sand, var nok ikke støvsuget.
Gammelt støv, der var blevet til decideret skidt.
Udefra ligner huset noget der løgn, malingen er afskallet og allerede der, er man klar over at vi nok træder ind i et hus der i hvert fald ikke svare til de billeder Novasol lægger op på hjemmesiden, for at sælge huset.
Fik at vide at ejer ikke vil betale for grundig rengøring og vedligeholdelse, men ikke fra Novasol.
Det er skuffende, at Novasol ikke giver den kompensation, det kræver at have tilfredse gæster. Sølle 1447 kr.. 10 % af fuld pris, åh ja også 10 % på næste booking, tro på det Novasol.
En famile på 5 personer.
PS. De sidste 2 mails vi har sendt, har de heller ikke svaret på. Dette er “ARROGANCE”

Booked a cottage through Cottages.com, property had some problems which I reviewed via Reevo (Cottages.com only accepy reviews via this). The property (Catch A Penny) on the Scottish Borders was ok but there were a lot of niggles like finding food still on frying pans (Luckily I still have some photos of this), no soap so after arriving and using toilet you could not wash your hands etc. broken fridge, and no freezer etc etc.
Amazing that the review simply did not appear - and you can only see 'great' reviews on their website. Someone else has posted similar about cottages.com - and I quote "Cottages.com only accept reviews via Reevoo and trying to put a negative review on Reevoo about it seems nigh on impossible. Seems they only want positive reviews for any of their clients. Totally untrustworthy. Beware Revoo and cottages.com"
We used Cottages.com for this holiday - and due to this unseemly practice it means we cannot trust their reviews of property so will not use their company again - beware is all I can say.

Ich habe das 1. Mal über eine Agentur gebucht.
Alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Immer per Email auf dem aktuellen Stand. SMS, dass ich früher ins Haus konnte.
Bei Fragen am Ort wurde ich sehr freundliich und kompetent betreut, deshalb habe ich das Haus auch schon wieder für nächstes Jahr gebucht.
Das Haus entsprach meinen Vorstellungen und ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber.
Das Einzige, was wirklich fehlt ist das Internet !!!!!
Es wäre nett, wenn Sie sich darum kümmern könnten.

Novasol ISR 420 : Non c’è piu’la spiaggia !
Quindi non si puo’accedere alla spiaggia direttamente da casa ma bisogna uscire sulla strada statale, percorrere almeno 100m, entrare all’interno attraverso una discesa scoscesa, in mezzo a spazzatura e scendere finalmente in spiaggia .
Il problema è sotto gli occhi, nessuna discussione o scusa possibile, potete guardare la foto di Google Earth satellite.
Le pietre nere sono tutte fuori dalla sabbia creando una barriera che una volta invece era coperta dalla sabbia e non si vedeva ( una volta era come le foto sul sito) !
Adesso invece la spiaggia non c’è piu’ (e questo già da tempo) ma si pubblicizza ancora cosi’ ! Forse dopo le nostre proteste toglieranno le vecchie foto….
Altri problemi interni alla casa:
Il Forno in cucina non è installato! è posato sul tavolo della cucina con presa penzolante.
A nostra specifica richiesta il forno viene provvisto di una prolunga e una ciabatta. Rimane posato sul tavolo della cucina per tutto il tempo. Forno e Frigo sono quindi collegati con una ciabatta alla stessa presa (!) Non è a norma…..e infatti salta la luce generale! per far funzionare il forno bisogna scollegare il frigo.
-Da uno scarico o tubatura rotta in cima alla scaletta bianca che va al mare, fuoriesce un liquame di pesce marcio che viene non si sa bene da dove : dal ristorante di sopra molto probabilmente. Forte odore di pesce marcio quindi…..Da verificare perchè da molto fastidio quando si è seduti in terrazza.
-Un forte odore di fogna nel bagno principale. Sifoni vecchi…?
-Ristorante di sopra ‘Cianciuolo’ : Forti rumori di sedie e tavoli durante tutto il giorno e la sera fino oltre mezzanotte. Forse risolvibile facilmente con un po’ di feltrini applicabili ai piedi di tavoli e sedie ? Molto fastidioso comunque….e nessuno se ne cura.
-incuria totale dell’area parcheggio, (che è l’ingresso alla casa) con immondizia ed erbaccie.
Molto delusi da questa proprietà e anche dall’agenzia Novasol.

Park Dean Carmarthenshire,after reading bad reviews I was pleasantly surprised by my caravan ,it was spotlessy clean in a brilliant location overlooking the sea and only countryside behind ,the staff were great checking up on us the day after we arrived to check everything was ok which it definitely was,we were in Atlantic view no17 Pumpsant when you book ,entertainment was great ,in the club house so was the bars and eating areas ,obviously it was a bit pricy these days you can expect that ,my tip take loads of your own food the caravan is well equipped to make all your meals and just have a few meals out ,and the caravan is 15 mins walk from the main entertainment areas ,so if you got someone less able take a wheel chair or use the car as we did ,it’s worth it for the location tho ,well done Carmarthen bay this is my second yr and you haven’t let us down ,oh and the staff are great to .

Lodge not as described unclean and in bad state of repair. Numerous jobs needed doing some health and safety. Cleanliness way below standards set by Darwin. All door handles had to be cleaned sticky to the touch . Doors also grubby and needs freshen up of paint . Carpet needs either deep clean or replacing. Very strong odour of dog and supposed to be pet free if they had checked it would have been picked up and attended to all windows grubby had to clean so we could see the lovely views. Shower room needs attention mould on shower which we had to clean ourselves before we could use the shower ( black and brown mould) light fittings rusty in both bathrooms. Master bedroom window mould on surrounding walls to the bay . Freezer compartment needs a proper defrost as thick with ice and food deposits and draws need attention as one is broken. Oven door needs attention as greasy and can't see inside through it.
Radiators need attention not all working.
Outside hole in apex soffit board that over hangs the hot tub balcony wooden railings not supported at bottom free from bracket in corner some of paving is loose picnic table wooden strut broken dangerous could catch leg if not careful . Both extractor fans in bathroom was full of fluff and dust

Recently stayed at the Haven Lodge in Ashbourne and what a beautiful place it was and well equipped with everything you need. Would highly recommend to anyone & be back for another visit ❤️ x
