Helpful and friendly customer service
Red Stag were very helpful and friendly on the phone, and accommodated delivery of a bulk bag to a location with difficult access. The product itself (EZ Street asphalt) was easily workable and seems to have produced solid pothole repairs after using a wacker plate for compaction. Excellent service overall.

The packaging says asphalt, which is what I needed, and ordered. The contents are tarmac, which I could have bought locally, at a fraction of the price.

"Tarmac" is actually a brand name that has become widely used to refer to a surface material. The correct term for the product is asphalt, which is a mixture of aggregates combined with bitumen. The product you received is indeed asphalt, as stated on the packaging, and is suitable for the purpose you intended.

I have called the company twice now, about deliveries if the EZ asphalt and on both occasions, I have received wonderful customer service. Danny was extremely helpful in altering my delivery dates to suit me. He also offered good advice about the product and emailed over detailed instructions for use.
