Reclaims UK North West Ltd Arvostelua

Process very easy and efficient, I go back every year

Very helpful staff, very informative of what was required and what stage my claim was at.
Will definitely be using this company again.

Courtney kept me in the loop with what was happening with my claim , very efficient, great company and I will be using them again .

The team were on hand from start to finish, answering any questions that i had. I found the process so easy and the service provided was exceptional.

Was a very simple process and the staff were friendly

Great customer services from Courtney and Bailey, little delay receiving money but that was HM revenue Not Reclaims. Would definitely recommend as everything is done via iMessage or WhatsApp which makes it a lot easier. Self assessment forms are dealt with by then as well so don’t panic if you receive one.

Thank you.

The process from start to finish was efficient and stress free. Courtney done a great job of managing the claim and was always a message away if I had any questions. I would 100% recommend this company.

100% would recommend this company. Courtney handled my tax reclaim and was brilliant throughout. Constant contact, keeping me up to date with the process. Received my return in less than 2 months from start to finish.

Fantastic service, always quick to reply and answer questions.
Courtney took me through the whole process professionally and quickly, resulting in a very welcome claim amount.

Always on hand to help and answer your questions and concerns. Very reliable and get results. I would highly recommend

I recently dealt with Courtney and the team at reclaims uk and have being using them for a number of years now. Very experienced and knowledgeable and helped sort everything out hassle free. They answered all questions when I was unsure and are always on hand. Thank you Courtney and the team.

DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Used them in 2017 and 2018 with good service. Heard nothing from them until AUG 22 where they were wanting me to sign a document with incorrect information, multiple unanswered phone calls.

I have tried to use another company this year who have advised me today that this company have continued to reclaim my money for 3 years without me knowing. They have received over £3000 of my money and have never paid out.

A fraudulent disgraceful company.

Terrible aftercare service, after my claim my tax code changed I was being taxed more than what I originally would be. After contacting Courtney for 2 months about the issue it has still not been sorted. Hmrc will not help as they say it’s a claim issue. Courtney responds with, “I will contact the after care team” and provides no update. Will not use this service again! Or recommend it to people.

I’ve been using Reclaims UK for a number of years now and they have been fantastic. A big thanks to Courtney for helping me claim Tax back.

I’ve used Reclaims UK the past few years every year. The process every year is very simple and Courtney is always a great help. Being in the military they understand being deployed to various locations to reclaim money I might be owed. i really couldn’t sing their praises high enough

Quick and reliable service. I received constant updates on my claim letting me know where the process was and an employee was there to help answer any questions I had.

Endless ringing through and no answer or response. I submitted the claim back in May and had no correspondence back, or update. I'm unsure as to how they managed to get rated #1. Next time, I'd use a different tax reclaim service.

Can't rate this firm high enough.service is excellent got my refunds before tax office even sent refund notices.excellent communication with staff and Sam is excellent at his job.10stars for everything.if looking for tax refund to for it.

I waited 10 months, once my payment finally came through i was compensated for the delay which was a nice gesture.

Through the process I was contacted several times by different individuals with different completion dates which became increasingly frustrating.
Through talking with colleagues who have used this company, I was expecting over 2k for my first claim as we had similar history, I recieved £600 after a whopping 25% fee plus VAT.
I would advise to get a fee quotation first as I was expecting 10% for the service.

I had heard really positive experiences from my colleagues, that led me to use this company in the first place, sadly my experience was rather disappointing.

That being said, a few extra quid in the bank is always welcome and with minimum imput on my behalf it is worth doing.

its been over 12 months now and still nothing, what a really bad service, i will be contacting HMRC myself to see if any refund has been issued and if it has i will be going to the police and reporting a fraudulent claim.
