Excellent service
Excellent service. We had a 2 day move as we were moving a distance and it all went very smoothly. The two men who carried out the removals were very efficient and friendly. Have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We had a bit of trouble when we arrived at our new home but the guys were brilliant. They helped organise the other removal company, they got our stuff in the new house despite having to work way beyond their expected hours. Can’t praise them enough! Thank you.

Dear, Mr Golding.
Firstly we want to apologise. We try hard to make sure that both the service you receive from your visit with our local surveyors to your moving date and delivery is of the highest quality. We hope that we can help you in every way in resolving any damages to your items within your move. We further understand that mistakes can happen, and we will try to resolve any mistakes that do occur. Our sincere apologies. Reads
I couldn't have asked for a better service!
I couldn't have asked for a better service from Reads from the first call, the survey and on moving day. Nothing was too much trouble on the day and the two movers worked flat out for almost 12 hours, including taking two large items to a different address. They were absolutely brilliant, fantastic value for money and I will definitely be using them again.
Highly recommended! 🙂

Reasonable quote
Reasonable quote, on time for day of removal, lads very polite and helpful. Everything going well Until we’ve not got near enough cardboard wardrobes to transport all our clothes!!
Not good, took some sorting out and delayed things by a couple of hours.
We had a four hour journey ahead.
Anyway all went well the next day. Lads worked very hard.
We’d recommend Reads although things didn’t go totally smoothly

Possibly the best move I’ve ever experienced, and I’ve had a few, being ex army.
The two lads who turned up the first day of the move were two of the nicest people I’ve ever met. They both grafted hard all day even though one of them was ill.
Same the next day.
Everyone of the team that helped out unloading late on Friday afternoon could not have been more helpful and friendly.
I’m going to mention Scott in particular who was there both days.
We would both like to thank you all very much.

I wanted two double beds and a large wardrobe dismantling and then rebuilding as part of my move so was informed that it would mean paying for a third crew member which I was happy to do. However, come removal day there were only two crew. They explained that the office always say there needs to be three when any dismantling is required, but usually only two crew are supplied... not the only reason for 2 stars either... would NOT recommend

Dear Mr.Titchmarsh.
Firstly we apologise for not providing a service that exceeds your expectations. We aim to be both professional and affordable. Within our quality control both upon loading and delivering we require the customer to sign a confirmation that the level of satisfaction has been met within the service that they have received. However, unfortunate we have been unable to reach you in an effort to further investigate the other reasons for a two-star review as nothing has been noted by the customer upon completing the service.
We continue to improve our service by listening to our customers and using their experience to provide a service that everyone would recommend.
We hope to hear from you,
Reads Removals.
