Viewber - Lockbox Installations & Viewings
I have worked alongside Viewber now for nearly 3 years, to supply and install lockboxes at various properties that we manage for our large client. Everything has been smooth, professional and seamless; from emails, phone calls, installation and invoicing. All the staff are brilliant at what they do and communication is always amazing. Aly has been the main point of contact to date, who has been brilliant overall, professional and good communication skills. Abigail has recently taken over Aly's role and Abigail is lovely, professional, fast at replying and sorting any issues out that may arise with our handovers and any delays/last minute changes. We all have a good working relationship built on professionalism and communication. Viewber also complete viewings for our lettings team and that side always run smoothly and efficiently. Norfolk quick viewing
Viewed a property in Norfolk today and the lady was from Viewber on behalf of the auction house, hosting an open house. I rushed there on my work lunch break and there wasn't much time left in the slot but we were squeezed in anyway for a whistle-stop tour which I really appreciated! Was very kind of her to stay a little late and essential for us considering a bid on the property. Thank you!

Viewer host for a property viewing
I went to view a property and the host is from Viewber. He knew nothing about the property (whether there is someone still living there, who is the agent/developer), and most importantly, he could not get the key to the flat. Apparently, the instruction he received told him there is a keysafe across the building, and we tried 4 keysafes plus one parcel storage with the code he had, for ONE HOUR, with no success.
I asked him to contact his colleagues, and he said he can only reach voicemails and no one responded him. I called my agent three times and they told me they can only send an urgent request.

I found it really easy to set up the property on the system and book the viewing. We got confirmation within an hour that it had been assigned - I also spoke to someone on livechat as I had a couple of questions and they were answered instantly.
Ezster did the viewing and gave immediate and detailed feedback including a question that the viewer wanted answering.

Mid Term Property Inspection for Landlords
A bit tricky to work out all the different options for deciding on a product - but a Viewber agent performed a mid term inspection for me on a self -managed flat out of my area. The agent contacted the tenants and arranged an appointment and then provided photos and a report for me showing the condition of the flat.

Will never use them again
Will never use them again. They do not have the technology to take photos of a good standard. What Mid term inspection service in modern times does not use a 360 virtual degree cameras? Oh dear we're now in the digital world. The photos I received were clearly taken by a smart phone which lacked depth and detail - from one side of a room. Not sure what creative photographic training the person making the viewings received. Little if none! imho - I was fobbed off by the person taking the photos saying that they're told to shoot and point from one side only. Really? Also, the website is not use friendly I can't even log in to see the photos. Only via the email they sent me.

The mid-term inspection service is designed as a practical solution to assess the general condition of a property and identify any maintenance issues at an early stage. Photographs are provided of any notable issues identified during the inspection. The report is not intended to be as detailed as a check-in or check-out inventory, which is reflected in the service pricing. The Viewber members who carry out these inspections also do not use 360° photography as part of this service.
To help ensure that expectations are clear, an example of the report is accessible on the client dashboard and can be reviewed prior to booking the service.
Nevertheless, we apologise that the service did not meet your requirements and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
