Reades Arvostelua

On our first meeting with Gareth, we found him to be very knowledgeable about the local area, he gave us a true valuation on the property which it achieved.
We were very happy with the APP and the updates it gave us, the whole process was well managed

Having Emily handling my house sale, I was so impressed with her always returning my calls and e mails then she advised me she was leaving I was sad to hear this and she advised Fiona would take over the sale of my house. Another impressive member of staff both ladies a huge credit to reades, never had to chase them once always keep me updated well done

I had a very positive experience with Reades throughout the house-buying process. Gareth was helpful, professional and always willing to provide updates and answer my questions. Communication was good, and I really appreciated his support in helping everything move forward smoothly. I would definitely recommend Reades to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

A great service in a challenging market. Emily has been superb.

Reades were fantastic throughout the process, and they always remained approachable and friendly. They made an otherwise stressful move a lot smoother 😊

Very professional service from initial meeting with Johnathan to working with Emily. Queries were responded to quickly in a friendly manner. We were kept up to date with feedback following viewings.

The service provided by Reades, and especially Emily, was first class. Excellent communication and always had the feeling of being supported and informed throughout the process of selling.

Excellent service from Reades. Jonathan gave clear, practical advice on presenting the house, which led to multiple viewings in the first week and offers above asking price. Emily handled negotiations brilliantly and took all the stress away. Professional and efficient throughout – highly recommend.

I have been very impressed with Emily’s work ethic, she has kept us in the loop at all times and has always replied to our messages, thank you Emily. My return experience with Reades has again been excellent. Well done Reades team

Reades have been exceptional in the selling of our home . From the initial valuation visit from Jonathan, right through to completion today, we have been so impressed. The marketing was fantastic, with beautifully produced photos , and as soon as we went 'live' online, the viewings, feedback and liaison from Isabella has been superb . The very first viewer through our door bought our house! Georgina was also so helpful , providing sound advice and knowledge. Everyone we met in the office, or spoke to on the phone was friendly, polite and helpful. The team at Reades really seem to care about what they do, and we as vendors have benefited greatly from their great work ethic and compassionate approach. If you are thinking of selling your home, we thought recommend Reades . Between us, Chris and I have bought and sold multiple properties, and Reades stand out as top level . Thank you , all of you , for helping make this happen in time for us to be near our daughter in time for our granddaughter being born!

5 star service so far in the sales process. A very professional and qualified team with excellent communication.
Our property sold subject to contract within 24 hours of going live on various media platforms and with a specialist sales progressor now in place the ongoing legal sale has been seamless with any potential issues addressed immediately.
Gareth Cannon especially has been excellent from initial engagement and is a credit to Reades.

I would highly recommend Reades. I was blown away by the quality of the photography, drone shots and Instagram reel. Having bought and sold seven houses I believe their particulars were easily the best I have encountered. Communication with the Sales Team, Emily Isaacs in particular, has been excellent and I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone thinking of selling their property through Reades.

We had an excellent experience selling with Reades, and we’re especially grateful to Gareth for the support and expertise he gave us throughout the process. From the very first conversation, he took the time to understand what mattered to us and offered clear, honest guidance that immediately put us at ease.

We received and accepted an offer after just five days and only the second viewing, which really shows the strength of their marketing and Gareth’s understanding of the local market. Communication was consistently brilliant, proactive, transparent and always reassuring, and we never once felt out of the loop.

What stood out most was the trust Gareth built with us, working hard in our best interests at every stage, and that made the whole experience far smoother and more positive than we expected. We’re genuinely thankful for everything he and the team did, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Reades.

From the start, Reades impressed me with their highly professional, efficient service. This continued throughout what was, fortunately, a very smooth sale process. Many thanks.

Excellent service from start to finish. I cannot recommend enough they certainly go the extra mile.

Recent purchase of a property. All staff very helpful and always professional and polite especially Emily who couldn’t have done more to make this purchase go as smoothly as possible

Gareth and the team at Reades Hawarden branch were professional throughout the sale and purchases of our properties, always on hand to answer any queries we had . Highly recommend Reades Hawarden to all my friends and family

All the staff that I have had dealings with have gone out of there way to help me the whole process of buying my new home. The staff have listened to my concerns all the way through. When I’ve popped into the Tarvin office the staff have always greeted me with a warm cheerful smile and hello and made me feel valuable as a customer.

Gareth Cannon at Reades Estate Agents stands out as a professional who is not just interested in selling homes (although he does excel at this aspect of his profession) and we have been very impressed at his expert knowledge of the Housing Market. He not only clearly understands the importance of location, but he also demonstrates a keen knowledge of the calibre, character and architectural merit of fine houses, and he communicates his depth of insight in a very friendly yet highly professional manner. NO HARD SELL - JUST REAL CARE ABOUT HOMES AND PEOPLE BUYING THEM. Thanks Gareth!

5 stars from start to finish when selling our property. All of the team were very pleasant, professional and efficient. They answered all queries and advised when asked. They answered calls and returned calls as promised. I can’t say one negative about these guys at all. Thank you Reades!
