Bought through Groupon but was unable to install so contacted Rcsoftware by email and got an immediate response, took me a while but eventually installed it and all working well.

Easy to install.

Bought a voucher via groupon for MsOffice. It says i should get the code in 30 minutes, worst case 2-3 hours. 4 hours later no code. It says 24 hours support via their phone number, of course no answer.
The voucher was provided much later.

Simple instructions and process to get windows 2024.

Picked up Microsoft Office 2024 with lifetime access for just over a tenner via Groupon. It came with a really good installation guide along with product key swiftly. All worked perfectly, just follow the guide and you will be all set.

The easy online contact and quick response was really appreciated. The emails were very polite and helpful. I have windows 11 so I had to request the link manually but everything was explained within the email sent once I redeemed my GROUPON voucher. An easy step video was sent and I advise you to watch this first before uninstalling any programs from your laptop. it makes thing much clearer. They supply email and phone number to contact them which I like to have incase I want the personal touch. Product works well also.

Good instructions straightforward and quick

Seems I have been scammed. Review looked favourable when I checked the company before making my purchase of a Microsoft Office package via Groupon. Got a months use then required to activate my product - the activation key RC Software supplied wasn't valid. Tried contacting them but got no answer to email or phone call (phone ring out). Contacted Groupon who say they'll look into it.
