had a few initial problems with installation but with help from rcsoftware all turned out fine. The only thing I was puzzled about was I only appear to have the programmes included with Office Standard 2024 when I should have had Office pro plus

MS Office 2024 Followed instructions and the product was installed and activated first time. I would recommend RC Software to anyone wanting Microsoft programmes at a discounted rate.

So, I had an issue with my computer and it logged me out of office. I emailed RC Software and got a reply within 48 hours with a full how-to.
I have felt the need to post on here because we all jump on leaving bad reviews for companies. But this was such a good experience, I would always use rc software in future

Bought through Groupon. Very speedy communication after purchase with clear instructions - even for a relative technophobe.

Much cheaper than the version from the Microsoft store and it is a legitimate copy. I did have to email them directly to get the file, but it was only a small inconvenience.

I found I could've used a little more info as to whether I needed to uninstall only the Microsoft office programs mentioned or ones like microsoft 365 companion apps or apps for enterprise. I'm not very tech savvy, however I do appreciate the instructions and info.

Microsoft Office worked for about 5 weeks but now it says product not registered, tried uninstalling and re-installing but still can't edit any of my Word & Excel documents. Good whilst it lasted I suppose, at least it was only £10 waisted

I paid for the item but had great difficulty downloading it onto my phone. Unless you are well up into adding things onto mobiles and computers, DON'T PURCHASE FROM GROUPON.
