Raveready Arvostelua 

Ordered on the 15th and have emailed the “customer service” multiple times about my order and it’s location multiple times, still no reply. If I don’t get a reply by tomorrow I’m claiming a dispute and making a complain to the bbb. Don’t waste your time or money with this site, such a scam.

Ordered on the 7th still haven't received my items. Said they were shipped on the 17th. Today is the 28th.... Have contacted customer service with no replies. Looks like I will not have any clothes for my event. Order ID:WVAQRUPAR

Company has a F rating with the BBB and 28 customer complaints. After receiving the wrong items and promptly returning them I've received no refund or replies to multiple messages. Don't waste your money.

I had an issue where my package never arrived to me due to it having gotten damaged during delivery & consequently getting returned back to RaveReady. RaveReady was very quick to respond to my inquiries regarding my item, but they had no more stock and it was decided that I would wait for the item to come back into stock rather than receiving a refund for the item (because I'm cheap and wanted the sale price).

Now it's been 5 months, they've still received no additional stock for the item, and I've received no responses to my latest inquiries regarding receiving a full refund. It unfortunately looks like I'll be needing to dispute the charge with my credit card if the company still doesn't respond to me within the next week.

People should be wary of using this company since their service seems relatively inconsistent.

The worst experience ever!!! Paid for my stuff, says it was "shipped directly" and has never arrived. Tried contacting their so called "customer service" more than 5 times with still no reply in 5 months. Absolutely ridiculous and still can't get a refund. What a scam!!!!!

As before stated on other reviews, I never recieved a tracking number and contacted customer service and here we are a few days later and still no reply. I went ahead and filed a claim with my bank to get my money back. Also ordered the item i ordered from rave ready on amazon and already recieved it. This site is a scam. I hope other people do research about this site before they spend their hard earned money on anything they have to offer.

SCAM! They never send your item and never answer customer service! SCAM SCAM SCAM

I ordered from them 2 weeks ago, website says it shipped on Nov 8th, and still not able to get my tracking information.
They do not answer their contact form, no phone number, no other email address, which is totally unacceptable. And please do not tell me it was custom made items... it is a bodysuit !
I have an event in a week and as I have no clue where my order is, will have to shop somewhere else.
I've read about their return policy.. I am afraid I did a terrible mistake ordering there for my event.

Returns policy - sales items can not be returned. I wish they would let you return sale items. Most other companies offer free returns so this is the only con for me.

I have ordered twice for this website overall really good experience.

I was surprised when I read the other reviews here since I've ordered from their website twice. I live in Sweden and all the products came very quickly with free order all the way to my house. The clothes look exactly the same as the picture and everything fit well. Of course there were some threads sticking out on a few items but I could just cut it off. For the price point I'm very content.

Okay, so yeah, their return policy sucks. But they do have very quality items. Most of my rave drawers are stuffed with clothing from raveready.

Their plus size section is phenomenal. Many items come in an XL or XXL sizing which is unusual, and I love it!

I've shopped three times from RaveReady and I was never disappointed. The clothes are of excellent quality and the packages always arrive on time!

Have ordered quite a bit from here. Nice, straightforward returns process. Orders have all been received with correct contents and refunds received in good time and for the right amount. Great prices and discounts on offer quite frequently. Negative is their sizing can be a bit odd - I range from an XS to a M in their items and have been caught out a few times and had to re-order in the right size (they don't do exchanges). They also don't offer free returns so you need to pay to ship the item back to them.

I've bought some items a while ago testing out how they are and i was satisfied. so a 1/2 a year later i decided to buy a hual of stuff. just make sure u have measurements down to look for ur size because it does vary and also check reviews. So i bought a haul of items and to say i was not dissatisfied, i loved all the items and ive never realy had a bad experience with raveready.

well, although i read all these bad reviews i decided to make a small order anyway, i liked the products and they were cheap so why not risk it? i received the package kind of late (i didn t care much) but the products were the correct ones and the sizes were also right.

I stopped ordering a few years back because of the customer service but I can definitely tell there has been a huge an improvement. I was very pleased and will be ordering again.

Awesome experience! Website is an easy lay out found exactly what I was looking for, decent pricing for good quality product! Will definitely be ordering more from raveready!

I got a response to my email in about 24 hours. My package arrived earlier than I expected.
