Very good value for money. Delivery was quick. This is perfect for a spare bed where space is limited. It lost a star because when it was unwrapped the cover had a large dirty mark on it. Fortunately I was able to clean it.

The measurements on the website were incorrect and therefore it didn’t work for my space. I’ve lost count of the back and forth emails, every day for over two weeks, with the support team who have acknowledged the error but are still saying I need to arrange and pay for the return delivery, and keep offering ever increasing partial refunds, but not sorting out a full refund as I’m legally owed. Will avoid ordering from here in future.

Happy with the price and timely delivery. All parts received and appear to be fine but not yet had the chance to put everything together

Was a bit unsure when it arrived as l was going to build it myself, but read all instructions carefully and l managed to build it myself with no hassle, am really pleased with the end results, it looks really lovely, just wish the weather would changed☔️ 😄as l haven't had a chance to sit on it yet.

I recently ordered a 25cm deep single mattress. Delivery was super fast. The product itself is wonderful, I sleep really well on my new mattress! And the price is extremely competitive. Great purchase:)

Never received my mattress and was not informed it wasn't coming

Order arrived earlier than expected. Have to say first impressions... quality of furniture and cushions looked good.
Assembly took us 3hrs! Not that it is difficult, but the fixings are in fiddly places so the parts you can do with an electric screwdriver are great but the others have to be done with the Alan key which is the time consuming part. You will need to have a lot of patience lining everything up and screwing together.
Looks lovely and sturdy once it's finished but personally I would rather have one delivered assembled!

Really good mattress and fast delivery. It was perfect for my couch, and now I feel more confident having people stay here

Mattress purchased was of very good quality for the price and was given a choice of delivery date and kept informed at all times.

Great mattress. Aa soon as I opened the packaging, mattress started to fill up with air and gain its shape. It is nice and firm, especially around the edges as well.

I have bought 4 mattresses from Rattan Tree over the last 2 years and I'm extremely happy with them.
Since they changed delivery companies, the delivery has been amazing, 2 days from ordering them, they're delivered.

This is our third mattress we’ve brought from RattanTree. Once we brought our first mattress for our daughter, our two other children begged for the same one. I am now looking to buy a fourth for our own bed! The comfort is next to none, my daughter suffers with allergies and she’s been having the best sleep in years! I couldn’t recommend the Memory Foam Mattress more. My only negative would be the length of time in the delivery service, however I would say it is worth the wait!

They send me a box of stuff that was a mixture of parts for different bed bases, it wasn't possible to assemble the divan base I ordered. When I told them this and sent them photos they grovelled and offered to refund me £50 to pay for it to be taken away which I accepted, but they never did. Caveat emptor!

Delighted with the product. Only 2 minor issues. Delivery... Things come in different parcels not always at the same time. Also it isnt tricky to put together it is time consuming. But delighted with my product

Excellent all round, delivery, and quality, not bad to put together, lots of screws etc making it very sturdy, and colour really nice, very pleased would def buy again.
