Very pleased with both the delivery and the mattress. The fact that each side has a different level of firmness is a great idea. I tried one side but still had backache, turned it over and found that side to be much better. Also it didn't say that it had a zip off cover which is a bonus!

My mattress topper arrived on time and was delivered right into my apartment by a very nice man.
My son helped me get it onto the bed and after a few hours it was ready. It so comfortable; i love it
Its the best purchase I have made in a long time.

Prompt delivery and a sturdy frame.
Very please with the quality. One small downside the rubber bungs are no use. Replaced with stronger flexible ones very cheap now protects worth getting.

Just received 5 piece gray set and and no instructions and no help from ratton tree help au all.. So far not great and not even seen it up yet!!!

Nice ask for a review. But as yet not recived goods.we have chased twice now to be told it a logistics problem. And please be patient. So still waiting for my order.

Looks OK, but instructions very unclear - parts are not as described/shown.
Struts (E1 & E2) that suppourt canvas do not 'click' together as shown in instructions, meaning there is nothing to keep them together.
Also 'caps' that are meant to cover holes do not fit/clip into place & so just fall out.
Not great quality

I ordered a memory foam mattress 28th May delivery was 02-06-26 but I had to change it to 04-06-26 which was confirmed. Still to date 13-06-26 I have still not had delivery. Problem with packaging and courier cannot locate the order. Since 04-06-26 I have had no mattress to sleep on because delivery did not happen. I have been back & forth with your customer service which is appalling. I cannot speak to anyone as no phone number everything is online messages or email which always receive early hours of the morning. I could write a lot more long & short of it I would not recommend or but from Rattan Tree UK again or recommend the company.
