The item I bought was advertising I. Bold 2.4x3m only when it was delivered and I was opening it I noticed is was only 2.4x2.4. So when I went back online only when you scroll down it says in smaller writing actual size 2.4 x2.4. You should not be advertising it at 1st as 2.4x3. Also build instructions was not the best . Could of got the same item at a lower price on other websites but I thought I was buying a bigger gazebo

Items arrived with no issue, but the return procedure and support was appalling.
Elements in their return policy conveniently left off - eg returning opened items that they can not repack in their UK warehouse......they will try to avoid that at all costs, even offering discounts to encourage you to keep the product in question.
Their customer support office is not based in the UK, you always receive their responses in the middle of the night, despite numerous requests for them to call / provide contact details for me to call.
Ultimately I hate to detail my legal rights to enable me to get them to accept the returning items and provide a full refund. Terrible Service.

My experience with this company has been excellent. I bought really good quality patio furniture but had to contact customer support about a couple of minor issues. They were quick courteous and obliging in their response. Excellent product and excellent customer service.

Worth the money and very reasonably priced.

I bought the 4-Seater Rattan Garden Furniture Patio with the cover, it arrived within the days it was specified. Assembly was not difficult if you followed the instructions and the set looks great in the garden.

The only problem I had was that the cover did not arrive with the furniture. I contacted their Customer Service who dealt with it quickly and efficiently.

The “weave” is not as strong as it could be. Sit on the cushion and you can feel the seat base flex and I’m average weight. Quotes surprised you don’t join the two pieces together to form the “L”shape seating but rather just push them together.

Delivered quickly but unfortunately Delivered with slats missing in a broken battered box. Contacted rattan tree countless times to be told they told keep spare parts despite there website & instructions showing 10 slats for the double divan bed we ordered we only got 6, they have ignored my emails for 10 days now while my daughter is left sleeping on a double bed with a single mattress as there aren't enough slats to support a double mattress! Awful customer service, clearly dont care about the customers & unwilling to help when its clearly the company's fault! Do not use this company
