I love my Medusa necklace. Perfect size. Not too big and not too small. For my US besties, its the size of a nickel.

Necklace is just ok. I feel like it looks slightly different than all of the videos and pictures I’ve seen on TikTok, slightly smaller, the shape is kinda off, and the color is a lot more yellow than I was expecting. The charm feels like a decent weight, the chain it’s self is a lot shorter than all the videos I have seen and it feels kind of cheap. The charm did already have slight scratches on the back of it when I opened it, but the front of it was fine, so I don’t know if it was a quality issue or it wasn’t buffed enough before it was sent out. Honestly in my opinion it’s not really worth it for the price, considering there are things that are similar (especially to the Aphrodite necklace) that I feel like give the same quality, for a lesser price. Overall I’m kinda disappointed because I really wanted to love the brand but I just don’t feel as though it’s worth it :(

I’ve ordered quite a few pieces from Rani & Co. and still have my eye on a few more! The quality is absolutely amazing and the pieces are stunning and so mesmerising. My favourite thing about this company is the meaning behind each piece of jewellery especially the necklaces and what they stand for. These are beautiful gifts for yourself or others.

I recently bought the double layer waterproof anklet and love it! I wore it on holiday and never had to take it off for going swimming. Super cute, good value and I always get compliments when I wear it! I've bought a few items from Rani & Co already, and they have all been great so I'll definitely be ordering again.

Nice jewelry but terrible customer service. A while ago, I ordered a necklace and had a discount code to use. I entered my discount code incorrectly and hit the “Pay Now” button before fixing it. I admit that part is on me! I immediately emailed Ramona explaining the situation. She replied back asking for the code which I then provided her. 5 days later, she replies saying her website doesn’t carry that code and it wouldn’t have worked anyways. So I go back on the website and try it on a different item (because the item I ordered was sold out) and it worked right away. I sent her a screenshot as proof so now, instead of being accountable, she removes the code and asks me to sign up for their emails to receive 10% off for “next time”. She really couldn’t honor 10%? Her business is supposedly worth 6 figures and I think going viral on tiktok has gone to her head. I’m all about supporting small businesses, but rani&co is a pass. Her stuff isn’t cheap so it would have been nice to save a little. It sucks cause I actually really liked her jewelry!

EDIT (reply): The fact remains, I sent you a screenshot showing that the code was valid and working, and upon seeing that, you immediately removed it from your site, which is shady. As a one woman small business - as you’ve pointed out - you need to take accountability, rather than deflect the blame to the customer. I’m all about supporting small businesses, especially those owned by women, but you do them a disservice and I would never again purchase from you.

A note, I attempted to post this as a google review nine months ago but it conveniently would not allow me. I’m sure you had a hand behind that.

Bought the limited amethyst teardrop ring and although the ring is beautiful and really dainty. The colour isn't as vibrant as it appears on the website, which is a slightly disappointing.

But still a beautiful ring!
