Had a faulty clasp just one of those fluke things, and Rani and co responded to my email very quickly and replaced the broken necklace. I love my necklace its beautiful and I really did have a good customer service experience. I am a genuine customer.

I was so excited when Rani & Co teased the butterfly collection. Butterflies have always been incredibly special to me. Even now, one of my favourite things in summer is sitting in the garden watching the butterflies flutter through the sprinklers. It brings such a sense of calm and freedom.
Butterflies have always symbolised something deeper in my life. I truly believe in how small changes can lead to big outcomes, something I've seen firsthand in my own journey, especially with my now husband. After 15 years together of waiting, my parents finally accepted our relationship and he proposed, and now i genuinely feel as free as butterfly.
Last year, i got married and chose to make butterflues a central part of my wedding. I didnt want a traditional lengha, so I had one specially designed with butterflies embroidered into it. My chunni featured butterflies in each corner, including the white ones that remind of those we see in the garden every summer as mum says it represents my nani watching over us. Even my garlands and wedding trainers were beautifully customised with butterfly details.
I'd been searching for butterfly jewellry for a while but never found anything I truly loved, until I saw this collection. I instantly fell in love with the designs, especially the earrings, and I'm planning to purchase the necklace soon.

Recently purchased the chunky cable charm bracelet & the elephant charm. I love my purchase from Rani & Co - the workmanship is beautiful, so detailed & intricate. The customer service has been amazing as well, helping me to ensure that everything was attached correctly before use.

The pieces are all so beautiful and I wanted to get so many different pieces but I started with the butterfly collection. The quality of the bracelet and earrings are 10/10, they elevate your look or stacks you have. Also the delivery was fast and the founder reaches out to see how you are finding them, will be sticking to Rani & Co as my go to jewellery pieces.

I have a few Rani&Co necklaces, earrings and rings, some of them I have had for several years - they are unique, beautiful pieces and they are lasting really well. I'm so happy with all of my purchases.

I received a $218 necklace from family for my birthday. After one month of wearing it over a t-shirt (not on skin) and keeping it dry, the gold plating has started to wear off. That’s very disappointing considering how expensive it is.

I contacted customer service and they’ve offered to send me a replacement “as a gesture of goodwill”, even though there is a one-year warranty on the jewelry. They also stated that the customs fees were “outside of their control”, which is inaccurate because it IS possible for the sender to cover the receiver’s customs costs. Basically they are telling me that I need to pay MORE money to receive a replacement for a low quality product that I’ve already paid extra customs fees for.

It really rubs me the wrong way when spiritual businesses behave like this and display no empathy toward customers and don’t do the right thing. I blindly trusted the founder on Instagram and believed they sold high quality products, but they do not.

Absolutely terrible the ring snapped in half after a few weeks

Two weeks on from returning my item — and I still do not have my refund.

The ring was sent back exactly as instructed to the address provided. Tracking confirms delivery. Yet I am now being told it hasn’t been “received” because it first goes to a PO Box and then has to be forwarded internally. Apparently this causes delays.

That is not a customer issue — that is an internal operational problem.

Instead of a straightforward refund, I’ve had to chase multiple times for updates. There has been no proactive communication, no clear timeline, and no real sense of urgency. For a jewellery brand dealing in meaningful purchases, the aftercare has been shockingly poor.

The experience has turned what should have been a special occasion purchase into ongoing frustration.

Two weeks in — still no refund. That says everything.

Jewellery is nice, return service is appalling. Paid £10 for tracking return which they have received but still won't refund my money 2 weeks later.

I’ve had my Goddess Lakshmi necklace from Rani & Co. for over a year now, and I’m honestly still in love with it. The quality is incredible, it has held up so well and still looks good as new, even with regular wear. No fading, no dullness, just beautiful craftsmanship.

Trying to return an item but it states that you have to email the company and they have not replied to my email. This is ridiculous for an expensive piece of jewellery!

Purchased items worth £135. Did not like them so asked for a return address. Was given an address by the company which looks to be a residential home address. Returned the items, unfortunately I did not send via a tracked service. When queried with the company weeks later, they advised they had not received my return. Unfortunately, I suspect the company, learning that my return was not tracked, have decided they do not need to refund. Whether they received the items back or not, I do not know. However, as a precaution if ordering from this company, please always send your returns via a tracked service as they may tell you they have not received your return otherwise.

I ordered over the weekend. The website is very accessible as well as having a very simple layout in terms of being able to find everything easily. Would highly recommend.

The ring I bought broke but rani and Co responded immediately and replaced it free of charge .

I bought the Cubic Zirconia Charm Hoop Earrings Silver and absolutely love them. Dainty, simple and can wear them everyday. Customer service is excellent and the earrings came to me in good timing. Thank you!

Very poor costumer service, even they told me they don’t care about the reviews, they stole my deposit, this couple are very rude, they shouldn’t run a business in Canada. It jewellery place in Gerrard, they keep my $1800

No response from customer service day after day. I'm trying across about 6 channels now. My order is missing, seemingly delivered in the wrong country, and this company does not seem to really care about it. Very very disappointing.

Further disappointment as I am now being blamed for the address error in the reply below, when I have a copy of the order confirmation clearly stating the correct address.

Hideous attitude, hideous customerservice, hideous blame game.

Rani and Co just outdo themselves each time. I love my newest addition. This is my third anklet now purchased with them and I cannot fault it. Each piece is so stunning and high quality. Thank you for building my little collection ❤️

Although the jewellery I received was beautiful, I paid the next day delivery fee which was £8.99 but it did not come next day. I placed the order Friday afternoon so can understand it coming Tuesday, however it was not delivered until the Wednesday. Through frequent emails back and fourth there was no good enough reason why this happened. I was asked to refer back to the shopping page on website. My understanding of next day delivery, is literally NEXT DAY. Not 3 days later. Well, 3 and half. If you advertise a big payment for next day delivery, that’s when it should come. Not the standard delivery. Very disappointed. And no understanding of this whatsoever.
* as stated to you via email- delivery was attempted on the Wednesday- not the Tuesday. I have proof of this and the successful delivery on the Thursday!
