Good advice on feed for my gelding from Sophie today, thank you

Great service, ordered a number of items for our puppy, great quality and fast delivery

Ordered boots late Friday evening, DPD delivered Sunday morning. Wasn’t even expecting them to be despatched till Monday! Brilliant Boots best price anywhere, free delivery, I am a very happy customer.

I have ordered twice from this company now and both times the service has been excellent! Delivery is very quick, no aggravation or waiting around!

Ordered a Holland & Cooper Jacket from R&R County as it was over £100 cheaper (it was in the sale) than ordering direct from Holland & Cooper. I was a little apprehensive due to the negative reviews but I need not have worried. I didn’t pay for express delivery but the jacket was delivered within 36 hours of ordering and I was kept informed by email every step of the way. The jacket is lovely and the service exemplary. Would recommend and use again.

Great service choice of products and competitive prices with several payment options. My boots arrived very promptly and I'm delighted with the whole experience

Cannot fault R&R country. Shopped around to find a saddle suitable for my boy and found it here, cheaper than elsewhere.
Ordered on Saturday and it was here, Edinburgh, on Monday. Was kept informed of its whereabouts all through the delivery journey. Arrived well packaged, and with a few wee freebies included. Such a nice surprise. And the best part… it actually fits my 4xw cob.
Delivery is free when you spend over a certain amount too. I will definitely use this company again. Thank you.

Used R&R Country a couple of times and have been nothing but impressed with the service. They kept me updated on my order status and dispatched my orders much quicker than anticipated. Everything ordered has been received well packaged, in excellent condition. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

There was an issue with my order - not the fault of R&R - but a quick phone call and it was speedily and professionally resolved in a friendly and helpful manner. Outstanding service from Sue. I would not hesitate to order again. Thank you!

Refuse to give a refund on a product I have not received! Rude, unhelpful customer service basically calling me a liar.

Order 3 items online, got an email back day after saying 2 were out of stock and I would get a refund. Not very good that the website allows you to purchase and pay for items which aren’t in stock

Bought a couple of horse rugs which was a very good xperience. Fast shipping and very nice items ;)
