Very helpful support team when booking car in for service. Local garage messed up and advisor sorted issue straight away without fuss.

I have a maintenance plan with RAMP - it covers replacement tyres up to the value of £250. However RAMP arranged to have a cheaper tyre fitted to my car suggesting that the £198 charged by Kwikfit was above my cover allowance. (my tyre had done less than 1000 miles when damaged)

Basic maths… £198 is less than £250. I cannot see how RAMP would pay Kwikfit more than a retail customer would have to pay. Why would they agree to inflated prices?

I made two calls, first one the advisor told me I wasn't covered, I called back and spoke with Chloe, she was brilliant and confimed I was covered and the procedure to follow. Thank you Chloe.

Jags made booking a service really easy and was brilliant, a credit to the company

Made a booking through RAMP into Halfords because of smoking engine. Halfords have said they can't find anything wrong, despite the engine smoking.

Called RAMP for follow up, they have said that we should not drive the car and can't take it to the garage for further diagnostics, only way to replicate the issue is to actually drive the car, but apparently a smoking engine "may not be indicative of a fault". Pretty sure chap on the phone was still nursing a New Year's hangover and had all the empathy and understanding of a brick, may as well told me to stick some flowers in the car and use it as a nice ornament on the front drive. Would offer no further guidance, than they have a step plan (step 1 of which is to book into a repairing garage, which my new friend Liam told me I couldn't do, but that I should definitely follow the step plan). Absolute waste of time, wouldn't bother giving them money again.

Contacted customer services at RAMP today regarding an issue with my vehicle and to see if it was covered by the warranty . The call was answered straight away by Chloe who was extremely helpful, explaining the process and answering all my questions. A positive experience with no long wait on hold and a stress free process so far .

I am very pleased with the messages / getting in touch - this was immediate within hours. Very clear instructions and hopefully happy outcome.

Absolutely terrible experience. Car was in garage from 8/12/25, they took until 23/12/25 to make a decision, which was they wouldn’t pay. They didn’t even tell me until I rang up on 29/12/25 despite having my email address and my husbands. I’ve had no car over xmas, my stress levels are through the roof. I’m waiting for them to answer my complaint which I emailed on 23/12/25. Absolute rubbish.

Annabelle dealt with the repair of 3-alloy wheels very efficiently and my car is booked in for the work to be carried out early next year.

Nightmare from start to finish.

Extremely good experience, and great support from the staff, especially Brian.

Had a broken half shaft and despite ongoing issues with the main dealer, they persisted to get the evidence and authorised the repair.
