My previous review was a good review because of the customer service guy but that is all that is good about this company.
For the past month I have been trying to repair my car as I have a EML on and it's because of the particle matter sensor on jaguar f pace.
They sent me to Halfords as they work with this garage, they done a diagnostic check on it and they confirmed the fault they didnt want to repair it as they don't deal with this car so I took my car to a VAT registered garage, they did the diagnostic again and sent them the repair quote and they are keep trying to get out of paying by saying it could be a different problem than what the 2 garages have said, then they turned around and want a live data from the garage as the diagnostic report from both garages are not enough. I have been withouth a car for a month now.
I wouldn't pay this company to have a warranty with them. I paid them for the last 2 year and the first time I try and benefit from it they are making life difficult for no reason.
My advice is look somewhere else, if the bill is not for £30 they will look and try to make sure there is no loophole to get away withouth paying. If you try and make a complaint you will be asked (What is your ground for the complaint ) and then be fobbed off by saying send a email. Again, the guys taking the bookings are vlexcelect, the tech team however a nightmare.

The customer service team is absolutely amazing, always helpful & get things resolved quickly. Its clear they take pride in their job & goes out of their way to help customers. Tymon was really helpful on my last contact, sent me the document I requested & also mentioned the section that I need to read to find out about my query.

I spoke with Chloe after my roadside cover had deactivated leaving me without AA cover. She was very helpful and efficient, ensuring that everything was resolved promptly.

I Called and they answered within a few minutes which I was very surprised and happy with. managed to get my car booked in for a service. the only thing I wish they would do is send you a reminder txt as my mine was a little late on the service schedule know we all live busy life’s and can often forget txt would help a part from that top job around

My car service booking process was smooth and stress free, all thanks to Jags. He was professional, friendly, and attentive, and he explained everything clearly, which gave me confidence from the start. Overall, the experience was excellent, and I truly appreciate the help provided.
Additionally, Ramp has been great in meeting all my needs as a customer. I’ve had no issues with them they are a reputable company that I would highly recommend.

I had an engine failure due to a broken timing belt. One of the pistons was punctured and the engine required a rebuild.

The team were helpful in getting it to the garage. The garage produced a report saying the timing beltwas broken but in order to assess the damage the enging would need to be stripped and rebuilt.

RAMP would not authorise this and said the engine needed to be stripped at my costand a report provided with pictures and a quote for what the rebuild would cost.

I therefore autorised the stripping of the engine, the .garage took pictures of the damaged parts, but could only then give a final cost of the rebuild once it was done as things would become evident as the rebuild went on.

The engine was rebuilt and RAMP refused to pay for it as what they asked for was literally impossible to provide.

Nice people but functionally useless as what they require is not possible to provide in a complex case

What should have happened is that when it was established that the timing belt was broken, they should have reccomended an approved repairer who will have done the job and billed them directly

Excellent friendly service over the phone, was booked in for a fault diagnostics at local garage ,very simple process.

My first claim with RAMP.

Chloe was extremely helpful with my issue and explained everything to me in detail. I had spoken to someone beforehand who had not explained anything and just sent me a step by step, which is why I had to call back

I had a problem with my maintenance plan, I had booked my BMW in for a Service and MOT with ramp!
When I dropped off my vehicle the garage stated that my car was only booked in for a service, this is the 3rd time this has happened to me.
I called Ramp and spoke to Chloe, she was very helpful with getting my car booked in for its MOT with a different garage, she also promised to bring this issue up at her next team meeting!

There were a few minor issues at the beginning of my claim. However after speaking with Chloe (Ramp) she made a phone call to Jaguar and the issue was resolved within 10 minutes and my car was repaired the next day. Thank you Chloe for your professional help it is very much appreciated.

Called today to arrange a warranty repair and the service I received was excellent.

Do not get warranty with this company or feel like you have piece of mind as you should when you have warranty, as you will not with this company. They will find any loophole to reject your claim. I sent them my report from the authorized garage which explicitly notes the fault, followed by ‘as a result of wear’, they then went back and forth for weeks with me and the garage and I had to return my car to the garage for additional videos for them to just reject it as they do not cover wear. If this is the case they could have rejected it when the report was sent to them rather than wasting everyone’s time. Not only this but the people responding via email also had an attitude. Very bad customer service and will find any way to reject your claim.

I emailed via the webpage to seek some assistance with policy document and this was sent in lightning speed of less than about 2mins which is very much appreicated. As I have had to speak with a number of people and a few chatbots to obtain the clarity I received today. Liam - very much appreciated, thank you
