Do not order there as the shop does not represent what Rammstein stands for. The service is a crap, the quality is so mediocre that you better buy your fan souvenirs elsewhere. On top of all if you wish to return the crap they sent to you, you need to pay for return and end up spending twice the amount on shipment for something what you can get on the market for 2 Euro.

The shop is a scam. I ordered several shirts and hoodies in March and they still haven't sent the items. Support just ignore all my update requests and refuse to provide a refund. Such a shame to treat a loyal fan base like this!

I placed a pre-order for the new album along with a long-sleeved t-shirt. When my order arrived the t-shirt was missing despite being on the dispatch email confirmation.
After contacting them to find out what had happened, I was then told that they had cancelled this part of my order in order to avoid delaying the arrival of the album. This was done without any contact with myself to ask if I'd be willing to wait. I had ordered both items together to save on postage. They have since said I would be refunded for the missing item.
One month on, I am still waiting for a refund and all of my emails have gone unanswered.
Avoid at all costs.

Den online Rammstein Shop kann ich leider überhaupt nicht empfehlen!
Versand laut Internetseite innerhalb von 2 bis 5Tagen, nach einer Woche immer noch nicht verschickt.
Gerade bei kurz entschlossenen Käufen als Geschenk echt nervig.Der Kunden Support leider wenig hilfreich. Standardisierte Antworten.

Ich liebe die Band. Der offizielle Onlineshop ist aber die größte Frechheit überhaupt!!
Wirklich jedes Mal wenn ich darüber bestellt habe ging irgendwas schief!
Jetzt fehlt die lange vorbestellte Special Vinyl des Albums Zeit!! Und natürlich ist die schon lange überall ausverkauft!! Für was bestelle ich denn Wochen vorher schon?
Soll das ein Witz sein?! Was für !#$*+?!#!?! arbeiten denn da?!
Liebe Band - sucht euch bitte fähige, neue Mitarbeiter, die eure Fans nicht so verarschen.

Ich hatte in der Vergangenheit schon sehr viel Geld für Rammstein und Co. ausgegeben, aber in Zukunft nur noch über andere Shops. Das wars endgültig mit dem official store!

PS: ich bin seit zwei Jahrzehnten echter Fan, aber die Unterstützung über den offiziellen Shop lass ich jetzt bleiben.

Klasse Band. Ich folge ihr schon seit Beginn.
Der Fanshop hat auch tollen Merch im Angebot. Nur das Tempo, in der die Bestellungen bearbeitet werden, ist eine Katastrophe !

Non sono un fan di musica metallica, anche se fanno industrial-metal, ma per me fanno musica. Sono stato a diversi dei loro concerti, sono eccezionali, sempre soddisfatto, i prezzi dei biglietti sono bassi e valgono ogni singolo centesimo.

I CD di musica da loro venduti costano poco e non sono dei semplici pezzi di plastica, hanno all'interno degli oggetti bonus. Fanno coreografie fantastiche, i video musicali stupendi e ben curati, ogni membro del gruppo ha un suo stile. Mi piace il fatto che a differenza degli altri gruppi, non sia solo il cantante ad avere importanza.

Per quanto riguardano gli oggetti che vendono, hanno una buona qualità, ho comprato un hood in pura lana che tiene caldo in inverno anche se non indossi un giaccone.

Sono l'orgoglio della musica metal Europea, che ha di gran lunga superata quella Americana per qualità. Passeranno sicuramente alla storia come uno dei migliori gruppi musicali di sempre. Il migliore se lo chiedete a me.

I ordered a pair of boots in a size 11 (45 EU).
However, i received a size 12 by mistake instead.
I immediately contact the support, and the same day i was able to send the package back.
Today i received a pair in the correct size.
It would have been nice to have gotten the right size to begin with, but great customer support made it easy to get the correct size.

Approximately a couple of months before their latest release I PRE-ORDERED the album on vinyl, CD Limited and single Deutchland on both vinyl and CD. Upon release my order gets delayed what turns out to be approximately a month but they finally send it. When I then get my order confirmation, that it has been sent, then 2 days later I get a cancelation on the vinyl single (after they apperantly sent it?!). Then when it arrives they've used a single vinyl package for all my merchandise so every item besides the cd single has already haft it's plastic torn of and is bent beyond new. I then get a hold of them and get it sent back and after approximately another month I get my new items, this time properly wrapped. Then I request a refund for sending the package back and are told to wait because they are really stressed with everything and whatnot, and after some time I write them again only to be told, that I've got to submit my request somewhere else completely, which I do.
Then they refuse to refund my money unless I provide them a receipt for when I sent it, a receipt I honestly never thought where necessary to keep since I sent it with the same postal delivery service and having worked in that field, I'd assume they'd have a record of that, but that's on me. Should have kept that receipt for a couple of months even though the package was insured, but when they gave me even more hassle after so much I gave up and told them to keep my money.
Even though they might be cheaper on Rammstein stuff and such, I'd highly recommending shopping elsewhere, since they now how big they are and are tarnishing the bands image while treating costumers like peons.
I've been a loyal fan for 15 years, has spent approximately 10.000-20.000$ over the course of those years on merch alone, NOT including concert- and festival tickets so take my word for it, they'll make you regret it

Ich bin ein langjähriger Fan von Rammstein und möchte zunächst betonen, dass der Online-Shop hervorragend ist. Allerdings muss ich anmerken, dass die Versanddauer meiner Bestellungen regelmäßig äußerst lange dauert. Jedes Mal stellt dies eine Herausforderung dar und ist, um es milder auszudrücken, etwas ärgerlich. Ich verstehe, dass derzeit durch die Tour viel los ist, jedoch war die Abwicklung auch zu anderen Zeiten nicht wesentlich schneller. Ich vermute, dass möglicherweise nicht ausreichend Personal zur Verfügung steht, was die Verzögerungen erklären könnte. Ich hoffe, dass in Zukunft an diesem Thema gearbeitet wird, um die Wartezeit auf 4bis 6 Tage zu reduzieren.
