After doing lot of research, I bought this ramcooler for my bedroom from a Ram cooler dealer shop. After 7 days, the motor got burned. Although It got no replaced from the company, even i call their support number no response i think i become victim of this fraud ramcoolers company.
I regret my decision of buying this cooler. In same flat, my other roomate bought a local company metal body dessert in just Rs. 2500, trust me that cooler cools the room much better than this so called Nagpuri Ram cooler.
Also few days back, I bought bajaj fibre cooler for my parents, again this fibre cooler makes less noise and cools better than this ram cooler. Not at all worth of money. Also spare parts of tgis cooler is too cheap. Button and its regulator looks so cheap. I would suggest for some local metallic cooler or for this fraud ramcooler fibre body cooler. But not this!

Worst quality don’t buy new Ram cooler of 2018

I have purchased Ram cooler of value 12500 and it’s stop working in just a month, I also got electric shock from it , selling third class cooler on overpriced

Do not buy product from this portal. they are scammers. i ordered this duct501 on 7th nov, today is 18th nov. still no update on there website on my oder nor they reply on their whatsapp number. Till date its in PROCESSING STAGE
order number ######. Screenshot updated. they collect advance and have never bothered to atleast update where the order is. In this era of online world, products available just a few km’s away and a good search engine like Google. you can find anything as close to you with the best price and delivered in shortest time.
These guys are just collecting money and fooling customers with fancy website and promising finance scheme have not kept any customer happy.
I only happened to check their reviews only after falling to there trap. Once money sent its gone. I even doubt my product gets delivered and even if it does not sure on the quality.
If buying alone is such a pain, forget abt refund and get a faulty product replaced.
If you dont believe, please check other users review and then order anything from them.
