Raft Furniture Arvostelua

I have made a number of purchases over the last few years. The furniture is excellent quality and really well designed. For me personally I like a combination of Natural Classic with a Contemporary twist so Raft is always on my shopping list.

This time Abasin helped me in the showroom and with all of the final logistics, he was professional to a Tee!

We bought a sofa from Raft. The whole experience was straight-forward and stress-free. Everything was clearly explained and there was no confusion about timescales. Tony was a pleasure to deal for the sale and the delivery team were on time, efficient, and careful with unpacking. We would definitely consider buying from Raft in the future.

The price is amazing for the quality of the products. I was looking for a new sofa for a couple of years and then the holy grail ended. I will not buy from anyone else now and the customer service is beyond superb. Don’t hesitate.. go have a look and be captured by quality/ price and customer service

Very helpful staff - really appreciated to the logistics guys who help massively to achieve a delivery deadline we had.

Also the quality of the product is very high. Highly recommended

I placed an order 2 months ago and have had no update on delivery and no response from customer service at all in that time despite chasing!

Really pleased with our Raft sofa - great service from the team. Fabric is lovely and soft to the touch and comfortable to sit on. Delivery went well.

We recently bought 2 large sofas and an armchair from Raft St Albans. The store is absolutely beautiful to browse all the gorgeous furniture and accessories. I could have spent a fortune in there!
Tony and his team at the store are incredibly helpful, and knowledgeable. They are also really lovely people to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble.
Delivery was excellent too, all unpacked in the room. And we absolutely love our new Henley sofas! Such quality.
I would recommend Raft with absolutely no hesitation!

I wanted to say what an excellent service Raft provides. From one phone call 24 hours ago I have ordered new sofa inserts for my big leather sofa. This order is totally down to Josh at the Cricklewood Raft store. He is so efficient, knowledgeable and very helpful and he couldn’t do more to measure up and put this order through. A huge shout out to Josh who secured an order within minutes of speaking to him. Nina

The guys in the store were great. Really nice temperament and vibe, knowledgable and keen to help. Even helped me get the mirror in the car!

Everything was perfect, they always help us. time was good, delivery is fine

Highly impressed with the level of care and attention provided by Bilguun in getting our DREAM sofa.
The quality and comfort of the sofa at RAFT , is second to none ! would highly recommend for anyone looking for that dream sofa! Thank you.

We had a lovely experience with Raft and the Westfield shop, Bilguun was very helpful and very nice!!! He spent a lot of time helping us and giving us advice, thank you so much. We love our new sofa, the quality is amazing. I totally recommend !!!

I had a great experience with Abasin. He was extremely helpful with my pillows and took the time to make sure everything was sorted properly. Throughout the whole process, he was friendly, professional, and very approachable. His excellent customer service and positive attitude made a real difference. Thank you, Abasin, for all your help—I truly appreciate it and would highly recommend him!

Bilguun in westfield RAFT outlet was super helpful in showing all different sofas and customisations. We bought our sofa from there and very happy with it.

We went to the Westfield store and purchased a dining chair with seat pad. The service to us by Fabiane was excellent from start to finish.
My only gripe is that It did take slightly longer to be delivered to us then we expected, but the quality of the product is superb so it was worth the wait.

Premium table from RAFT Westfield. Delivery takes a few weeks. Received in timely fashion. Table is solid and sturdy, the way we wanted. Good service.

Beautiful very comfortable couch, very happy family 😀

No idea where the table we ordered over 8 weeks ago is!!! Zero updates

Everyone in the store made our shopping experience delightful and ensured we were looked after professionally

Excellent service from Raft from beginning to end. Elena, in the showroom, was very helpful, patient and gave good advice. The delivery service was great with polite and careful guys. The sofas and armchair are beautiful and really well made - top quality. Definitely would recommend Raft.
