I initially had a negative experience after purchasing the Food Menu WordPress plugin from RadiusTheme because the plugin did not work with my website setup - theme.

I contacted support and provided access so they could investigate. Their team confirmed that the plugin was not compatible with my current setup.

When I first requested a refund, I did not receive a response for a couple of days, which was frustrating and led me to leave a negative review.

However, the company later explained that the delay happened because the support agent handling my ticket was on their scheduled day off due to their rotation system because of a recent change in their weekend schedule.

After following up, they processed the refund and canceled the subscription for my order.

I appreciate that they resolved the issue and issued the refund. the matter was ultimately handled and resolved.

Radius sells products with no full licence despite what they are saying. There plugin are not useable out of the box. They ask you for you credential to be able to debug, INSANE!

I have a couple of themes/plugins bought from them. The Classified themes/plugins are really nice. You may experience some issues along the way, but their support will help you and fix them for you. In my case, I am a very different time zone, and its understandable that you may wait for the reply but from my experience so far, they are always happy to assist you. So, if you need some cool classified listings themes or plugins related to that niche, they have cool designs and solutions.
