Raceway Nissan Arvostelua 3

I have had problems with a new car since I got it 9 months ago. Yesterday a technician from Nissan corporate came to Freehold to go over it with me. He found some problems and said they are going to fix it. They gave me a loaner yesterday and it broke down, they brought me another loaner today and towed the other one away. I called 3 times today to try and find out about how long will it take before I get my car back. Nobody had the decency to call me back, I'm not surprised because this is what happened every time. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Hi, No did not receive any response.
I rang and spoke with Raymond who wasn't helpful saying he can't do this and can't do that.
Rang Liz and apparently it's policy to unhelpful and when the line goes down not yo bother to ring or email with agreed way forward.
It s impossible to buy the car. The customer service does not exist as apparently it's the new policy from new manager.
Your dealership displays the worst customer service that can possibly be, it's not just frustrating but so bad it's almost comical, reminding you of the films that portray dodgy car sales people scamming and lieing. Strangely the two that I spoke to did not have any initiative or suggestion as to how to enable the car sale to progress. Stating that I arrange to travel and if the car is not sold they can "do the numbers", (what numbers?) even though the price was not even disputed or questioned. You display the comical worst if the American car dealer scammers.
I hope the feedback will help shape your "your new policy by your new management" if they are still in business.
What a complete waste of time it has been
I wonder how many enquiries the non existent car has attracted and successful this "new policy* is.

I put my vehicle on Kelly Blue book for value and Raceway Nissan called me on it. I explained my husband (85 ,Korean war vet and Vietnam vet, ret. Army ) waa given 4-6.months to live ( cancer again ) and I was disabled..Have no insurance and had to sell my car to help. Made several calls to me to come see the car and never showed. Almost three weeks now and nothing. Time was of the essence foe me and now I'll have to start all over. So very wrong to lead us on this way. I can't even begin to think of funeral and cremation expenses.
