I got my package in perfect condition and everything was safe

This is the third time I have ordered from this company and I must say they are absolutely brilliant! 🤩 my son loves BFDI and these plushies are made so well and are just lovely plushies he’s always been over the moon with them as have I 😃 I order from over seas and the whole process is quite good I don’t have to wait too long for my order and trust the company 100%. I will keep on ordering as and when they have new plushies come out. I recommend this company they are absolutely brilliant ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very efficient

Placed a sizeable order of merch from this company in October 2025 as a Christmas gift for my son (posting to UK from USA). Have ordered previously without issue however this order, through tracking, reached Heathrow Customs on 30 Oct and has remained there ever since. The company told me it was my responsibility to contact customs to identify any missing paperwork. However it is impossible to contact customs and speak to anyone. I contacted the courier who advised me the responsibility is with the retailer. On a bit of research, the responsibility lies with the retailer until the parcel reaches the customer, however they shunned all responsibility.

In the meantime, and as a gesture of goodwill, the retailer offered for my son to select another item which they would post at their expense, in the hope it would arrive before Christmas. It did, and I sent an email thanking them.

Going back to the undelivered package, having gone round in circles between the retailer and courier over who had the responsibility of contacting customs, I had no option but to place a charge back on my credit card, which was upheld.

This morning I have received a rather cheeky email from the retailer stating that as I had “won” the chargeback request (yes that was the words used, and yes ‘won’ was in inverted commas) they were requesting that I now pay for the goodwill gesture item sent alongside the postage. To say I’m shocked at this level of customer service is an understatement. The original parcel has still not arrived and at this stage, I doubt ever will, hence my only resolve being to contact my credit card for chargeback.

I sadly will not be ordering from this company again.
