Very easy to deal with.

We fitted our production suite with the R-Tek tiles. After researching the market, we were fully satisfied that R-Tek provided the most robust tile available in the market.

We are now 8 months using the flooring and have had zero issues.

I wanted a more professional floor than a b&q laminate for my new workshop office loft, It was good timing that i was in a workshop in Portadown that had both this floor and the other button ones from another supplier where you could see the join so i could compare.

I contacted R-Tek who where very professional in dealing with my order, I wanted a light grey, although not a stock color in this design they did a small production run, just for me :)

I put this floor down myself in a few hours, started at one straight wall, easily put down the center tiles and then cut the outside with a Stanley knife and straight edge.
I am more than pleased with the floor, it is like a floor you would see in a hospital or a gym, it is very durable and easily cleaned.
Cost wise it was no more than a laminated floor cost, I was prepared to pay a lot more after seeing the floor down as i knew that was what i wanted regardless.

I have no connection with this company or know anyone who works there, just a happy customer.

The tiles generally fit together well, producing an easy to clean and kneel on surface. The only issue is with the edge tiles. These aren't shaped or finished well. I will contact R-tec and see if they can replace them.
