Avoid at all cost. You might aswell buy a car from the scrap yard
Initially I had left a good review as the sales man was requesting I do it while in branch. However while driving home 2 of my tyres started losing pressure and I had to stop twice. There was no air pump or puncture kit in the car. Called the company the following day and the sales advisor did not want to listen to a word I was saying and kept saying call after sales. Spoke to someone on after sales and he said get the tyres sorted and we’ll speak later. I went to the tyre shop and all 4 tyres were practically illegal or punctures. One of the tyres had 6 repairs already done 2 tyres had cuts and the other leaking from the rimm. Bought new tyres all round and ask them to pay for this and they said you should have bought the car back to us and as we didn’t authorise this we will only pay for 2 tyres. They sold me the car with a 100 point AA check. I have asked for the certificate but they won’t send it to me. Clearly it’s had a fraudulent mot. The front bumper has been fully replayed as they left tape on the front camera. Paint is now peeling on the mudguards they sprayed. Back arch is also poorly resprayed. Mute button doesn’t work and radio turns on when ever it feels like. Interior mirror fell off while driving. Noise from front suspension when driving over humps. They won’t send me the aa certificate. And they want me to bro g the car back to them. What would you do the car apart from fixing the noise at the front. Respray the car again? Till now no one has called me to discuss these issues and I have been sending repeated messages asking for a resolution. Now I declined them from sending me a aftermarket puncture kit and paying for only 2 tyres they have the cheek to reply back saying email us for a official complaint. What have I been doing all this time.
Illegal tyres. Sprayed front bumper and arch. Dodgy mot. No aa report. No tyre kit in boot. Faulty interior buttons and broken interior mirror, Noise from front side.
Simply avoid this company.

Credit to all the Stevenage staff. Made me feel welcome when I arrived to collect my car. Travelling after work to collect and due to traffic I was running late, no issue they worked late so I didn't have a wasted journey. Definitely use again in the future despite over a 200mile round trip.

I had a good experience with Quality Part X. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process. After purchasing my vehicle, a bodywork issue was discovered, and the dealership resolved it completely free of charge. They arranged to collect the car from my home address at no cost, despite it being a 180-mile round trip, and even covered the fuel expenses. Highly recommended!

I only bought the car yesterday but the experience of finding the car I wanted, sorting out the deposit, getting it ready for me and me actually picking it up and sorting out paying was all efficient, fuss free and without any issue.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I bought a car that broke down after 2 weeks. I repeatedly tried to reject it via the finance company.
Quality Part X LTD are trying to now say they will fix it bare in minx it's been months and that I have to pay for recovery of the vehicle. I don't at all by law they do . They knowingly sold me a dangerous vehicle. My car lost all power twice whilst driving. They suggested I drove it back to them even when I repeatedly told them I'd been advised by the garage and the AA that it was dangerous.
It came up on the diagnostic report that it had a history of showing these problems. It's been months and the car is still outside my house . They offer no courtesy car whilst fixing your vehicle either . They truly are awful.

I have just purchased a Corsa from Quality Part X. The transactions were smooth. They have done everythin that i need to do(filling the forms, road tax and so on). After I purchased, I drove the car, I noticed a couple of issues. They sorted immediately without any problems and delays. they stand behind their cars. Especially after sales team helped a lot for sorting the problems out. thanks to everyone(especially after sale grrage manager, Klaudia, Izzy and Albi from sales). I recommend this company.

I purchased a Hyundai Bayon Premium (Reg: SD22 AGZ) from Part Xchange LTD on 4th July 2025. Less than three months later, the car broke down due to a completely failed battery.

Hyundai confirmed not only that the battery had no voltage output, but also that it was not the correct or original part for this vehicle.

I contacted Part Xchange immediately on Sunday 28th September at 14:09 and was told nothing could be done until 10am the next day.

In reality, I did not hear back until around 14:00 on Monday — leaving me without a car despite relying on it for both work and hospital appointments. With no practical alternative, I had to arrange urgent repairs through Hyundai, who sent the AA.

Despite forwarding the receipt and repair report to their aftersales team as requested, Part Xchange have refused to reimburse me, hiding behind the excuse that a battery is a “wear-and-tear” item.

This completely ignores the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which makes clear that any fault arising within six months is presumed to have been present at the time of sale unless the dealer can prove otherwise.

A battery failure within 3 months — and the fact the car was sold with the wrong battery installed in the first place — is unacceptable and demonstrates a clear lack of quality control.

I am now in the process of escalating this matter to my finance company, the Motor Ombudsman, and, if necessary, the small claims court.

My advice: avoid this company at all costs. They sell cars with incorrect parts, deny responsibility when things go wrong, and leave customers to pick up the bill.

It is not possible to give 0 star!avoid at all cost!staff lies only to make you buy!they are full of lies!bought a car here and they said they did a full service wich they didn't.break pads needed because worn,even oil wasn't enough to be safe...i mean why not say.if i didn't go to the mechanic after a week of buying it i would have probably burned the engine.i am a girl,not good with cars so would have been nice if they just told the truth.we actually went back there because the car was shacking and he actually said that it is because the break pads are new!!!can't belive how they can lie to your face like that!i hope my review helps other people
