C’était la première fois que je commandais sur ce site un lot de vaisselle 18 pièces, j’ai été agréablement surprise, un service client irréprochable, dans le transport un article a été cassé malgré un bel emballage, je l’ai signalé le lendemain ils m’ont renvoyé un autre. Personnellement je recommande ce site.

J'ai passé une commande au mois de décembre. On m'a donné le 24/25 décembre comme date de livraison. Je n'ai toujours pas reçu ma commande.
Qechic ne m'a jamais contacté à propos des délais non respectés. Ce site n'est pas sérieux.

Ho acquistato un baule da giardino. Sul sito era molto bello, bello il design così mi sono fatto convincere. Quando l'ho liberato dall'imballo mi sono accorto che era completamente sporco, la base sporca di terra, e il postone che lo avrebbe dovuto tenere aperto non funzionava. Il baule una volta montato l'ho dovuto completemente pulire con acqua ragia. Perchè non ho fatto il reso? Smontarlo per rispedirlo, e doverne rimontare un'altro? No, non ci penso neanch, però grande delusione

Now I was really eager, to read the reviews on Trustpilot!
It is sad to see so many people who have been scammed by this website.

Muito mau. Comprei um produto em nome individual, mandam-me sempre a mesma mensagem a dizer que precisam do Vies. Solicitei a devolução do meu dinheiro já que não tenho Vies e nem sei o que é. Email para trás e para a frente e respondem sempre a mesma coisa, de que precisam do Vies e caso contrário não podem enviar o meu produto. Estão a fazer de conta que não percebem que quero o meu dinheiro de volta já que não me enviam o produto. Dizem que estão em espanha.

Achat d’un ensemble commode + 2 table de chevet.
La qualité est médiocre (inférieure à ikea). Lors du montage on a peur de casser le meuble tellement c'est fragile, certains morceaux ce fissure lorsqu'on serre une vis. Honnêtement c'est honteux de vendre ces meubles à des prix aussi élevés.
Première et dernière commande chez qechic.fr pour moi.

Malgré un debit de mon compte bancaire(246 euros), le site prétend ne pas avoir reçu mon règlement, et ne livre donc pas!!!
À pleurer!
Site à fuir …d autant que l’on ne peut même pas leur adresser une réclamation car ils vous demandent votre numéro de commande…introuvable dans leur mail: très malin les gars!!!

Never buy a product of this company, we bought a kitchen table and after two months we received the half of the product and we can't get contact with the firm.

Ho ordinato un tavolo e pagato il 27 Luglio 2021 e dopo centinaia di mie email per chiedere quando consegnassero mi hanno risposto indicandomi delle date che non sono mai state rispettate . Dopo 4 mesi non hanno mai consegnato nulla e non rispondono ne al telefono ne alle email . Sono dei vigliacchi !! Pezzi di m…. !! Ladri schifosi ! Vermi !! Ho denunciato per truffa internazionale alle autorità competenti !

Worse experience ever. We ordered a few items more than a month ago. We received them and they were too small. The price was way too high for the mls. Ridiculous. I can buy the same in a shop for half of the price that they are selling it. We processed the return just a few days after received it (2-3 days). The courier came to pick it up, all good. After a few days, the package is here again. I am trying to call the company for the last few days (almost a week), emailed them and nothing. They do not even reply to my emails. Honestly, never had such bad customer service like this. Not to even mention the price of the items. I do not recommend this company at all.

Ordered garden furniture worth 940 euro on the 11 th May from QeChic.co.uk it’s owned by Brycus. Took money , got email stating delivery in 7 working days which was 20 May 2020. That day came and went I heard nothing from them. I started emailing them from 26 May every two three days to all emails I could find. Finally on the 15 jun got an email , apologising for delay and cancelling my order. Was told will get reimbursed within few days. 22 jun I emailed again asking where was my refund , again got an apology and was told this will be sorted. On the 29 jun received my refund. Honestly never again. I loved their website and all items they were selling but would never take this risk again. Now I can’t even get garden furniture as everything nice is sold out or cost nearly 2k. So disappointed with all around service. Happy I got my money back and now don’t have to worry and stress if I was scammed or not.
