Very pleased with every aspect. Lovely looking radiator and good output. Good communication and seamless delivery.
All round very good. Got a free standing Delonghi oil rad, had for 20 plus years and only changed a thermostat! Hope this gives the same service. Had several

Had spacer for dimplex fire I wanted in stock and a good price. Ordering service quick and easy to use. Delivered in timescale stated.

I am still waiting for the heater to arrive, three weeks later. This company need to choose a better partner than FedEx to ship their products.
Made a complaint about it and never received a follow up from the company.

5*'s for brilliant customer service, a very rare thing these days. We ordered the incorrect heater. Despite being our error, not only was it exchanged without anyfuss, the replacement was delivered next day and the original heater was collected for return. No hassle! Thank you for such a great service

Quick and easy ordering process, slightly delayed shipping but on the whole very good

It was easy to order abd there weren't any delivery charges. The fire was delivered on time. The only disappointment being that it is slightly smaller than the one being replaced.

Ordered 4pm Thursday got 12.00 Friday great service thanks

Absolutely terrible service waited almost 2 weeks for my delivery after ringing 4 times asking for updates. Was told was going to be called back never was, was also told my item would be dispatched on a certain day it wasn’t, was also told it would be delivered by a certain day it wasn’t. I will be not be using your company again.

No communication regarding dispatch details. Item delivered to the wrong address. Still waiting for a response from driver as to where he delivered it.

Still waiting for the heater after 7 days.

I have ordered a radiator with a promised delivery following day. The order was made 28/07. Today is 06/08 and I still have not received the item despite contacting the company chasing the order by e-mails and phone calls.
