I asked for a refund
I asked for a refund. I ordered the wrong size case. And I realized it after I hit the purchase button so I hadn't even received the item yet. I received the whole refund in full. Thank you so much Puresensecases for being a wonderful company and for the full refund even though it was my mistake. I will be using your site in the future.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us.
We all make mistakes, and it's okay. It is not fair if you were charged for something you don't need at the moment. So it is just right that you get your money back. Thank you so much for considering us for your future needs.

Love the case, but...
The product actually arrived earlier than expected. Excellent quality. The only cons were it was a struggle sliding the iPad in the case and that I can’t use a screen protector with the case as the case wrecked my screen protector and I could not put a new protector on. The handle is great.

Hello Achour,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us such beautiful feedback.
We are glad our Buddy case fits perfectly to your iPad. Our dedicated teammates will be very pleased to learn of your high praise.
While TrustPilot places star next to our business, you actually our real star. Most people don't bother to leave reviews about positive experiences to incentivize our efforts, and that's what makes you the star.
Only when we receive such positive feedback do we rest knowing that we have done our jobs well.
Thank you for giving us this proverbial pat on the back. You've definitely made our day!
We will strive to deliver great experiences consistently.
Best regards,

Bonjour Malika Benkhedda,
Meilleures salutations,
Erma

We are a small community organisation looking after a park. This review would be five stars if the blue case had been available. With a protective screen cover stuck over our iPad broken screen and this cover, we affectionately call it the Fisher Price iPad ;-) a $450 replacement screen has been avoided and we are very very pleased with the protection that the Pure Senses case gives us.
